ana tip

remember that you CAN eat whatever you want as long as it is in your calorie limit for the day. what you eat doesn't matter. it's just how much you eat. for example if you dont want to eat more than 600 calories a day, you can eat a mcdonalds chicken burger and it will be way under that calorie limit. everything can be "healthy" and everything can be "unhealthy". it's all about the calories. i speak from personal experience. i eat like shit but i still am and have been my ugw for the past year now because i stick to my daily calorie limit.

//mun’s note: short story time? short story time !!! this time its my au of tattered!karl where basically its sort of a connection of the Law of Talos ending but twist is that managed to get back to Castle of Nations w his trauma of what happened and have trust issues (cuz it be angsty like that and its my au so i do what i want when i want to) so anyways,,, enjoy !!!!! (and its karl’s perspective)

‘why… do you want to help me?’ i asked,

looking at the worker who’s checking up on me.

‘you’re tattered, of course i gotta help’ they asked,

before they kneel down to check & run some tests.

for now, i’m currently residing in the backstage in Castle of Nations,

they’re trying to figure out how i managed…

…to be in this broken state.

my buddies always check up on me at night; and Climber bringing Clarice and Rachel too so they also can check up on me.

we’ve kept that secret of them going to backstage,

since no one besides staff goes to this area.

‘gosh i don’t know how you managed to be in this state’ they said, with worrisome look & tone

i stayed silent,

not sure whether their intention is good or evil.

‘why…’

‘..?’ they looked at me in confusion.

‘why…help me?’, i asked in a worried tone.

‘i want to help, thats all. im staff for a reason,’

they answered in a cheerful tone.

i don’t know whether to buy that or not,

as having trust issues is a pain in the ass.

i always have Arma by my side,

as she luckily didn’t get tattered,

…unlike me.

i hope i get fixed soon,

and find a way to get rid of my trust issues,

and a way to cope my trauma.
