psa: from a tired fic writer

sometimes i think readers forget that fic writers are real people. we have jobs, there’s school, and of course personal life things. this blog isn’t a priority. it’s a hobby. i’m a person, not a content generator.

with that being said, i also don’t like it when other fic writers come into my inbox or pm’s begging me to read their things and reblog it for exposure. that’s called using a person. you’re using me because, for whatever reason, i have “influence” in the queen/borhap fic world. it’s not cool. it ruins the fun of me going through the x reader tags and finding stories that i want to read and reblog.

i don’t mind if you tag me in your fics, i honestly don’t care, but please ask first. i don’t like being used whether it’s in real life or on the internet. it’s not fun and no one likes it.

please stop asking me to reblog your fics for exposure. i’ll find them eventually. it’s not cool. talk to me because you want to be my friend, not because you want a reblog.
