Do you have depression like me I personally live with 3 different depressions ( Deep Depression, Seasonal Depression and Bipolar depression) do you get up every morning and have all this fast energy where you have in your mind that your going to get all this stuff done and then your depression starts talking to you telling you that you don’t have to do anything today it can wait until tomorrow but tomorrow never comes because the depression starts to kick in again and again and then you start to feel like you’re not succeeding in life because of it Ya me too but what I do each day is talk back to the depression by taking action and do the stuff the depression tells me not to do so here is how you can overcome depression by doing one thing on the first day and two things on the second day and so on and so forth and then watch yourself overcome depression of any kind. remember to always be patient with yourself there is only one of you.
Living with multiple forms of depression can be incredibly challenging, and I empathize with your experience. The battle between the energy to conquer the day and the voice of depression can be overwhelming. However, your approach to combatting depression by taking action is commendable. Small steps each day can lead to significant progress. Overcoming depression is indeed a journey, and being patient with oneself is crucial.
