Hi guys I’ve came back from the dead.

I don’t know where to start but I will start at the beginning. Earlier this week I had to sell my desktop, where I played all the games. Apparently Tumblr has new guidelines which I didn’t know or at least I thought I knew how to manage. Before I sold the computer I tried to get into Tumblr on my phone, a month or two ago I think, but Tumblr didn’t let me. I had to get a verification code, Which they said they sent to me via email or by text to my phone number.

The problem is I never had a phone number connected to this account. And I didn’t receive an email. I never gave my phone number to Tumblr or if I’m wrong at least I don’t remember having a phone number connected to this account.

So I never received a text and I didn’t have a code which I thought was OK because I still have the password and a screenshot of my account proving it is mine.

So today I tried to get into my account on my new computer and they still ask me for a verification code which they never sent to me. I tried to reset my password five times, I asked for a magic link 10 times, I tried to contact help services I sent four emails only one got through the other had an error.

Eventually I did my research I found out other people have this problem and that Tumblr, it doesn’t have a very good reputation at answering their customers. But Tumblr if you eventually See this, it’s me it’s always been me I don’t have another account I don’t have another email with that account it’s me I just don’t have a verification code. I don’t know how else to verify that it’s me, I have an email I have the password I don’t need the verification code by Text.

I don’t blame Tumblr I blame myself for not realizing I needed to take care, at least better care , of that account instead of ignoring every email or every notification I should have changed what was there.

So the question is, probably, how am I writing this text? So I search for my old iPod which I haven’t used since 2016, I search for a cable to charge it And I didn’t have one, I had to buy and 15 euros later I finally have access to my account via an iPod. This was all for me to have access to be able to add my phone number to the account.

I wasn’t able to that is impossible on the phone so again this is the only way to write.

I know I was out of Tumblr or simblr for about three or four years. I know I haven’t posted in a long time. But I still checked on every month mostly every week I still look for posts that I like I still downloaded custom content that I enjoyed I am still playing the sims.

I would be lying if I said I would ever come back I thought of not coming back at least liked to have the option. I I would be lying if I said I would ever come back I thought of not coming back but at least I liked to have the option I like that idea and I had so many ideas! I am rambling a bit but I grew up on Tumblr I became more creative I learned how to write I learned how to speak English better, I made friends, I found my true passion, I found you guys and I found myself which sounds like I’m a mess.

This is all to say Tumblr will never answer back, if it does,good but most probably no. And I’m not willing to post via my iPod, i’m not willing to come back this way.

Even though it hurts to say this but I’m leaving, I’m leaving for good.

I will probably not come back because this site disappointed me.

I hope you don't mind me rebloging this! This was done completely without my knowledge and they never contacted, besides being false advertisement.

Am I missing something, or is Second Life using Sims 3 pictures to advertise their game with now? Because that sure looks like one of the images in the Twin Newborn Pose Pack by @crazysim-mary.

Hi guys :) Sorry for not posting for so long, but unfortunately I kind of lost my interest in the sims, I am trying to gain it back but personal life is complicated too. Can you reinstall all the poses? Maybe you missed a file or the file is there but can’t be read so please try that, I am so so sorry I don’t have a better answer :(

They are for personal use :( I will try and make a big pose pack with all my unshared poses:3

(I saw the other asks don’t worry :)) Ok so besides recovering the system with a program I don’t see how you can restore them :( Maybe check the recycling folder and see if they are there, but if you used ccmagic, they probably aren’t :( ccmagic deleted some of my cc too so I really don’t know how to help :((

Second method to cleaning MERGED PACKAGES s3 cc, Conflicted packages.

THIS IS FOR MERGED PACKAGES

Keep in mind this is one of MANY ways I clean my cc, this method is the one I use the most but I don’t know if it is safe for all computers or easier, or if it works for every computer.

If you want other tutorials on how I clean obj, makeup, body hair,  please send me a message. Because depending on how many people this helps I will make others

You need: Dashboard, by Delphy

Open the dashboard and Scan your mods folder through the dashboard 

 After it's scanned, verify if it has conflicted files, Click on filter and conflicts

 In my case, I have Tattoo and Poses conflicting, extend a little bit more the type file if you have more files and see what is conflicting with what

After that I usually choose the bigger file to clean, because it takes less time, so in this case I chose the Poses one.

 Go to your mods folder and open the bigger folder conflicting, in this case I will open poses

Once it's open, go to your mods folder again (LEAVE THE PACKAGE OPEN, I left the poses package open)

Find the other package and choose it without opening

Now you are going to drag and drop it on the already open package (for example I drop and drag the tattoo package to the poses)

A window like the one in the picture will appear and click on import. Another one will appear now in this one click NO

Once it is imported you will have something like this, go ahead and click ChunkOffset, the times needed for it to appear with the ''0xffffffff'' files on top

Select all the 0xfffff files at once and click delete on your keyboard

Now go and save, depending on the folder size it can take longer or less time

 Now your folder is clean and no longer conflicting. Close the package and check on the dashboard. (step 1 and 2), if they show up it's probably conflicting with another one and if it doesn't show any your folder is clean

AGAIN, this works for me and it may not work for you and not be the best way to clean,  it doesn’t mean it’s safe or the best it’s just the one I personally use.

You need: Master controller

Open a sim in cas, choose the cc you want to uninstall and right click it. (do this with all the cc you want to uninstall but be sure to move the txt files once you have 11 to another folder because if you don’t they will be overwritten by the newest files) 

Close your game and a .txt folder named something like "ScriptError_DESKTOP-**'' will have appeared (once you right clicked the cc) in your the sims 3 folder.

Open it and copy the numbers after ‘’instance’’.

Open the package that contains in this case the hairs (in your case it can be cloths or anything like that)

Click once in ‘’chunkoffset”

Paste the number on the bottom part that says instance, check the box 

Than click set and check filter activate (In this case I have 2 parts, a thumb and a casp, usually you only have CASP)

Select CASP and uncheck filter activate.

Now you have the casp and the rest of the folders, shift click the last _img (in this case, usually it has just an icon or thumb) before another casp but don't choose that casp than just click delete on your keyboard.

After deleting you will save and it may take a while but once is saved you can check if it's delete by doing step 6 and 7 again

This method is the one I use, it doesn't mean it's safe or the best it's just the one I personally use :) You can delete the .txt folder it won't be needed again :)

So first I pose them in the same house and than move everyone to fit the others, you can teleport them in the house but mostly I just use moveobject on,  I do play my game, but it’s without a doubt more pose type play even doe I play it :3
