If you’ve ever read any of the books in the Wayfarer’s series, you might like my fic: Colors Unseen, which explores Aeluon and Human genders, abilities, and expectations from both in and outside their cultures.

Basically: Wayfarers meets Wandering Son in a fast-paced, Love-Actually-style interwoven story about outcasts, rebels, and community.

my contribution to the wayfarers fandom:

assuming bear is right, 3 standards is equal to 5 years (tlwtasap, page 182)

this means that 1 standard = roughly 1.7 years, which is 20 months, or 1 year and 8 months.

finally, 20 months is essentially 620 days, which means that 1 standard = 62 tendays*

* i'm assuming one tenday = ten days, for obvious reasons
