Well, folks, here we are again. I'll be honest and tell you that I truly have no idea where this came from. I've already written a post 15x18 fix-it fic with my friend Liv (go read Heart's on Fire if you haven't yet) and am pretty damn proud of it; but somehow I felt like these boys needed a soft epilogue, too. This premise may have been written a hundred times over already, but here's my humble contribution. No idea where I'm going with this either, but I'll go with the flow.
