hawkfrost for wcotw

yeah the sketch the other day was hawkfrost, i just got too frustrated with how it was appearing so i restarted and made this

ok but the way leafpool reads EXACTLY like a lesbian w comphet... the way she easily forms friendships with other girls and just generally feels more comfortable around them. the way she gushes about how pretty mothwing is or how brave and strong sorreltail is, or just her entire thing w cody. all of those relationships had WAY more meaning than whatever she had with crowfeather. she like literally does not ever think abt him... except when he pays attention to her this one time and she’s like oh wow a boy is talking to me. that means i should like him right?? OH he likes me?? umm well ig i like him too then that’s how this works right?? no girl 😐

semi-obscure warrior cats characters who deserve novellas:

- leopardfoot (tigerclawstar’s mom): she lived a life of shakespearean-level tragedy and we never saw how she coped with it 

- star flower: she’s not a good cat but i find her really compelling and i’d love to see her relationship with her dad explored 

- brambleberry: i just think she’s neat :) 

- half moon: she was boring (imo) in po3 and oots but she has the potential to be a really interesting character. i want to see her life from her perspective, not jay’s
