A customer came in wanting a necklace, but it was too tight on them, more like a choker. I found our cheapest necklace and offered to extend the chain, the guest is delighted and a bit later we have a fitting necklace. They don't want the charm from the sacrificial necklace and unbeknownst to me my coworker snagged it
