I can’t remember the last time I attempted this many arm balances in one night and it’s hard to believe that a few years ago, I was doing them all the time. It’s kind of crazy how life takes us from journey to journey; one minute you’re flipping upside down and standing on limbs that are not your feet and the next you’re taking it slow. Often I look back and miss where I used to be in my yoga practice but just like life, my yoga practice is constantly evolving and changing as I am.
