No matter how you look at it, he looks like a villain. Though this maybe in purpose as he is part of a information center villain group that caters to displaying the location of legendary pokemon to their own advantage. Its not really something that is well known outside of groups that use pokemon to their own advantage. They seem to be small as they operate as one to two agents within each region.

Li is a admin type trainer that takes care of the more economical stuff and gives careful consideration to buyers.

Unfortunately he is not the leader, and the name is Team Hack. Most of the members are made of nihilist who don't care about anything but living in self comfort in their own rooms, so the more physical members are important for presentation.

he's an aggressive person who isn't afraid to beat up his enemies with his fists if need be. Physically large, his pokemon match up to his taste except for a strange one.

There was indeed a giant charizard plushie stuffed into the suit case, and then a vaporeon, and then a snorlax. And then a lot of other things, thermos. Pokemon theme bags, all fluffed up and all managing to fit inside. The abyss that is his own suit case is incredibly scary.

"As you can see, we have much items for the average customer to enjoy, if we can narrow down your interest..."

A satisfied customer is a customer that comes back, and with items that made everything possible, he wonders how much he can hold on to such a nice customer. No threats or anything, or attempts at getting into his suit case.
