BDS has added a specific MARVEL BOYCOTT because the next Captain America film features “Sabra/Ruth Bat-Seraph”—a character that personified apartheid israel.

This character is known to:

work for mossad

continually talk about her hatred towards palestinians and arabs in the comics

have attacked the hulk for helping a palestinian child (hulk briefly convinced her that palestinians are humans)

have a syrian character (batal) as her antagonist

bear the name of a horrific massacre (the sabra massacre—where pregnant women were murdered and their babies were cut out of their wombs) *i am aware sabra refers to a fruit but let’s be real: it is still connected to a massacre carried out by israeli armed forces on innocent civilians. Marvel is complicit in anti-Palestinian racism, israeli propaganda, and the glorification settler-colonial violence. Having this character in a movie by of the biggest franchises in the world, especially now while there is a genocide going on, is appalling and disgusting. There is no new approach one can take when the character has always been grounded in racism and propaganda.

I know they were only canon in an alternate universe and not 616, and that Hercules is with Marvel Boy as of like 2021 I think (at least as far as I know that hasn’t changed just also hasn’t really come up since then IDK) but you can pry Hercules/Wolverine out of my cold dead hands

I’m sorry but imagine getting on here and writing a four page essay about a ship you hate and a character you clearly don’t like. Not only that, but an essay full of nonsense and lies.

Sam was never mean to Bucky. In fact, he was so much nicer to Bucky than he should’ve been. He was basically a saint, because Bucky was downright nasty for the first 4 and a half episodes of the show. Smh… I wish so much that people would just say they’re bitter Stucky shippers - better yet, just say they’re racist and bitter over a freaking fanon ship - and go.

They’re mad Mackie and Stan (and Mackie and Evans) have chemistry, and that it showed on screen. They’re mad that SamBucky exists as a fanon ship, even though it’s not canon and none of us think it is lol - SamBuckies are literally just here to have fun. They’re mad that their fanon ship didn’t go canon, even though they had absolutely no reason to think it would. They’re really really mad a Black character got the shield from their White fave, and a show, and will soon have a movie. They’re so mad that they can’t even see straight… all they can do is go into the character’s and ship’s tags trying to provoke the fans for no reason. It’s nasty, and they really ought to be embarrassed at this point.
