the sneak peak just cemented how I viewed the scene of Penelope overhearing Colin last season. It always seemed to me that she wasn’t angry at what he said so much as she was how he said it. Did hearing him say it hurt, yes of course it did but her saying basically of course you wouldn’t court me but I didn’t think you’d be cruel says to me she never truly thought he would but she didn’t think he’d laugh and mock the very idea of it much less aloud in public to a group of eligible men. Because from her point of view that night here is this man who she loves, and even if he doesn’t return her feelings like she hopes, this man who had just said he was her friend and considered her very special to him and how he would always protect her, here he is standing in a group of eligible men, even if she doesn’t want to marry any of them, at her family ball doing what from her point of view seems like he’s mocking and laughing at the very idea of courting her. Cause it’s one thing for him to not want to court her or return her feelings and while she hoped I don’t think she ever expected him to but she did believe him when he said they were friends, and obviously we know Colin didn’t mean it in a mocking way or was he truly laughing at her but from the outside looking in that’s very much how it seemed.

But at the end of the day it’s not about whether you like her music or not, you don’t have to like her music that’s ok. You’re damn right that Swifties go after people who say negative things about her. You know why? Because we watched the entire world tear her down and destroy her over something she didn’t even do. We watched her have to go into hiding for almost two years because it got so bad. Then come to find out she was telling the truth the whole time and did she ever get an apology, no she didn’t. So yes when someone has something negative to say we stand up for her. Cause it’s one thing to say you don’t like her music and it’s just not for you. It’s another to pick apart her looks, her dating life, and everything she does cause you don’t like her music. Even if Taylor and Travis are just friends and never get together today was cute as hell lol. I think the issue with Joe A was that the beginning of their relationship she was very much in hiding wanting to be private and not noticed and so it was just them for like two years and when they did finally go public they still kept pretty low key and private and she was just getting used to being out there in public again and then the pandemic happened and it was just them again so a vast majority of their relationship it was just them and completely out of the spotlight private. But the last year of their relationship she was finally ready to be out there again and be seen in public with her friends and with him and having fun at award shows again and she was finally ready to stop hiding and he just wasn’t prepared for the level of fame and scrutiny that came with Taylor having a public life and it seems at some point Joe stopped fighting for them and he couldn’t handle the scrutiny and I like I get it cause Taylor deals with a lot that she shouldn’t have too but one sir you’re an actor or trying to be at least you kinda don’t get to not be in the spotlight with that kind of job and two you chose to date an extremely famous music artist what did you think was going to happen. But I think she and Travis could work, he’s not gonna necessarily be intimidated by her fame cause he has his own, he has made a career for himself and is very much in the spotlight on his own outside of liking Taylor.Whereas yea joe is an actor but he’s not a well known one, most of us only know who he is because he was Taylor’s boyfriend. Travis is used to being in the spotlight and having the cameras on him, he understands that Taylor is just Taylor but also that she’s Taylor Swift and that a lot comes with that. He’s not gonna be afraid to show her off and be seen in public with her, he’s not gonna make her feel like she has to hide their entire relationship. And it seems like he’d let her be herself.They also seem to have a lot of the same values.

Sadly they didn’t have much of a choice from what the producer Larry Teng said on twitter I do believe, they found out they were cancelled on accident by chance when the studio called to work out scheduling for Kennedy’s new show and that’s how they got told.Like the CW wasn’t even going to tell them until after the finale aired, so we got really lucky.There were four episodes left to shoot and they were working on writing the finale so they had to quickly change direction of the finale. They had to figure out how to tie up the storyline, break the curse n put Nace together and give us as proper an ending as they could. He went off talking about how that’s not how they wanted to do it but they didn’t really have a choice and how the CW had no respect for the show runners or the fandom or the cast n crew or anything. So that makes me feel like they possibly planned for the finale to be ace realizing he wanted to keep fighting for him n Nancy and like season 5 being them doing everything they could to break the curse but then they got blind sided at the last minute and had to rush to give us a proper ending and Nace while making it all make sense with the rest of the season.

So that's how they wrapped up Nancy Drew huh? In the safest, most insignificant and least related way to the plot possible. And Nace got together but Nancy has 3 more soulmates so who cares. I'm happy because we got Nace, but what a load of crap. It was the vaguest ending they could've given the characters. The plot was everywhere yet they wrapped it up so superficially. Are Nace long distance now?

And, really, just that kiss? It almost felt like Nancy was fine not being with him. Where was the yearning? They really fucked up. But they fucked up George and Nick the most - especially George who's unrecognizable now, and Nick with Jade. Like, who cares about fucking Jade, or law school, or pre-med or whatever?? We just wanted them to stay the way they are. Who fucking cares about "growing up".

But, hey, at least Ace was a part of the crew again for 5 minutes.

Rewatching teen wolf and one season 1 Derek’s hair lol and two like no hate to Lydia or the stydia ship at all but I just don’t like her n stiles together simply because the way they threw them together in the last season made no sense at all. The build up of them was really good in the first few seasons and I was really rooting for them at first but then they brought in Stalia who I love they are so cute n adorable and they also kept constantly throwing up a new love interest for Lydia. Like had they just brought Malia in as simply a side character and not as a love interest for Stiles the way he n Lydia got together would’ve made so much more sense. But instead they have Lydia clearly feeling something for Parrish and stiles as in love with malia as you can be without saying I love you to each other. And I’m sorry they damn well could’ve made Dylan not wanting to come back for the movie work without breaking stydia up. I mean dude was an fbi intern they very well could’ve used that as the reason like oh stiles did become an fbi agent and he’s on location on a case and he just can’t get away but no they had the two of them break up instead, that was for a reason.Also wtf was Scott n Malia especially when you were just gonna break them up at the end anyway. I loved Allison with Isaac more than I did with Scott and I thought Scott n Kira were adorable. The last season was just a complete mess and don’t even get me started on that movie, if I was Tyler Hoechlin I’d have them kill me off too. Like you’re gonna give Derek a whole ass kid but not ever even mention his mother at all, and the nogitsune storyline again I hate when they recycle storylines cause they can’t think of anything better to do. Like Malia was the best part of the whole damn thing.

The first thing that ran through my head when I saw Colleen’s response video was what in the world were you thinking. Why would you ever think it was ok to respond to extremely serious accusations in this way? My second thought was you’re disgusting and should be ashamed of yourself. Not only did you completely ignore the point but you made a joke out of what you did to your victims. The problem Colleen wasn’t you talking to your young minor fans. The problem was that the conversations were in private group chats instead of public forums where they could be monitored. The problem was the topics of conversation that no grown ass adult should be talking to a minor about. Topics you know damn well you would not be ok with an adult having with your children.

Now I just wonder if maybe she knew she couldn’t talk her way out of it this time like back in 2020 when it was just Adam coming forward. That there were so many other victims coming forward and screenshots n messages being shared of their own experiences and backing Adam’s up that she knew she was done and her career was basically over. The fact that I just read a post where someone said they are denouncing Taylor and no longer a fan because her dating Matty made them realize she isnt the perfect little angel they thought she was. Umm yea no shit dude she’s a human being of course she’s not perfect.
