He had this commissioned months ago, by the finest craftsman through Goldsmiths. Collected two days ago in London. Burning a hole in his pocket of anticipation. Would Armand like it? (Details from original commission instructions ) Amethyst Heart Amulet ~ (3.5cm wide x 3cm long x 1cm deep roughly) The stone needs to be selected from at least three perfect examples, and by perfect I mean flawless. No cracks…in a deep Purple Hue. Forward these to my enclosed agents and I’ll inspect them accordingly. From this selection I’ll pick a winner - so no married stones with bits from others I will know. The stone needs to be cut to make the most of its depth and reflective properties, (You’re artisans, yes, so far from me to dictate the precise cut. I’m no expert but I know what I like and hell I’m paying for it so do as my consultant tells you) Locket - This beauty will then be set into a locket with a hollow outer channel. (Lined either with glass or silver for a liquid of my choice - I’ll leave it to your discretion which). Made from platinum as shown with the 24ct Gold on the outer edge. Amethyst Heart visible from the back also in a smaller heart shaped window. Trellis details chain will be curb linked with a mix of Silver and Gold. Below the stopper I’d like a brooch bar so that the piece can be worn as a cravat pin or on a lapel. I would like the wings to appear as if they’re likely to fly off at any moment, that realistic. feathers with minute ridges and shadowing (Silver and white… Samples of white enamelling with silver accents would be vastly appreciated as I can’t decide between this or just having cast silver from a mould, Inscription - A copy of the inscription will be sent to you in my handwriting to engrave and fill with Silver. Thanks D

Then spend it with me, you shall. I...I am sorry for making you worry...
How can I make it up to you, my companion...?
Are you home?
Always. What can I do for you tonight Armand?

I do never disappear for good...I simply needed time to cope...did you miss me?
Ah. If you must teach, you may do so...do not allow me to inconvenience.
Are you home?
Always. What can I do for you tonight Armand?

“Ah, my love. You are rather testy yes?” he cracked a smile, approaching his fledgling and trailing his fingers along Daniel’s arm. “I suppose you are the one to decide, should you continue to give me such attitude, I may not be so inclined to spend time with you.” He continued to tease, reaching into his pocket to gift him a set of keys. “Perhaps a new car?”
"So did you get me a suitably apt gift on your travels, for my special 30th Vampire Rebirthday Anniversary." Daniel was so pleased to see his maker, he had feared he'd been replaced or forgotten. Hoping it wasn't obvious in his tone or manner.
There was a slight wave of eagerness within his fledgling, an eagerness that he wanted to play with. He had seen many mortals use sarcasm and seemingly still trying to perfect it, he figured he would test it upon Daniel. “A gift? Did I not give you enough?” He asked, blinking slowly as he kept his face blank and expressionless.

“Do not think of it as such a bribe, it is merely a gift of appreciation.” The cherub cracked the smallest of smiles, waiting until she was ready before awkwardly taking her hand in return. He had never considered being so close to Rose but naturally he would not deny her the contact that she sought. “Yes, I do agree with that. Come now, young one.” Armand gently pulled her along with him, keeping her close to his side as they moved through the crowded streets of New York; his eyes occasionally watching the bustle of mortals. Upon coming upon a locally owned coffee shop, Armand led her within the direction of the shop and within it. Once seated, he grabbed a necklace box from his jacket pocket and slid it across the table to her with a warm smile; inside lay diamonds on a silk bed. “For you. Shall we become acquainted?”
I fear that perhaps we have not become accustomed to each other within a respectable and proper manner. I am sure you are also familiar with the growing list of atrocities I seem to commit. Perhaps we may set those aside and speak as mortals typically do? Perhaps in a nice setting with music should you prefer, or a cafe. I have bought you a gift as well, I do believe it would compliment you well.
Examining him carefully, she wondered if Armand had any ulterior motives for coming to her this evening. Still, she wasn’t about to turn down the opportunity to spend some time with him, to get to know him better as he seemed to want to do with her. Grabbing her jacket, more to fit in with the crowds than for actual warmth, Rose offered her hand to him, not afraid of him as she had been in the past, “There’s no need to bribe me, though I will never deny a present. You lead, it is your city, and I’ll be happy wherever you take me. And I do try to never judge anyone for their past, or what I’ve heard or read. So far you’ve been kind, but reserved, and I think this idea of yours is the perfect idea to get to know one another.”

What circumstance caused you to come into Armand's care? If it's a subject you don't mind talking about, that is.
I can understand why you would be curious, there really wasn’t much information provided in the chronicles - perhaps that’s because it was mainly written from Louis’ point of view. Of course, I wasn’t just born into a den of vampires and raised in Les Innocents. I was an orphan child, it is unknown to me how my parents may have perished but I was a child of the streets; there were a few of us. We mainly stayed together in a group but I parted ways once Armand set his sights on me. There was a mutual understanding there, even if it was often unspoken. I was very curious about him.

Armand gave a slight dramatic wave of his hand once more, face scrunched in slight confusion. “Some silly pop culture thing...I’m not too sure.” He shrugged it off and quickly returned to the subject at hand - the cat. “What does it eat? Mice? Perhaps I can assist in finding some of these treats to lure it out?” Lips curved into the smallest of smirks, still working to hide his fangs behind his lips. There was simply no need in scaring this mortal yet.
"Hi... I hate to bother you but...Have you seen a black cat with a studded collar anywhere? Her name is Shadow... I can't find her anywhere and it's starting to worry me." Last night was Halloween and it was sickening to think of what someone might have done to her precious little friend. "I've been looking everywhere."
“I’m afraid not…perhaps you should keep her closer?” He said simply, eyeing up the female before him. “Have you done what people tend to do? Put up posters?”

Thoughts on Daniel
I have sat and contemplated what I would write here for some time. Just as I think I have found the words to describe my thoughts on my fledgling - I have had to erase them and start again. There are too many thoughts and simply not enough words to express them all in a matter that may convey the intensity and emotion behind those thoughts.
My darling Daniel - how quickly you captivated me and intrigued me. How quickly I found myself attached to you, needing you to help guide me through changing times. How I tried so to refuse your requests for immortality, refusing to damn you to the same hell I find myself in though I be too stubborn to admit at times.
But how quickly I watched your life deteriorate, could feel the death growing upon you even as our lips met. And though still I was reluctant to give you the Dark Gift - I found my love for you outweighing any sense of logic I held.
It was with that selfish love that I took you, that I gave you what you sought from me. It was that selfish love that I bound us together by blood for eternity.
It is that selfish love that gives you space in this immortal life should you wish it. I know that I will always love Daniel - there is no doubt about that. My love for him is a light that can never be extinguished - no matter who tries to blow it out.

What do you wish to happen?
Guess who’s back?
There is no need…perhaps I may set our differences aside. Immortality is not short.

“Becky? Is she the one from that internet thing I have seen? The one that the youth speak of?” He asked, rather unaware that he had upset her or taken her off guard. “I can go with you, should you wish...to assist in finding your cat.”

H O R R O R . P R O M P T S
“I just got back from the cemetery.”
“I swear I just saw someone… or something looking in my window.”
“I know I closed the damn closet door, but it keeps opening! Please tell me this is just some kind of joke you keep pulling.”
“What’s behind you in these pictures…?”
“Apparently like 20 years ago, some girl slaughtered her family in the basement.”
“I think there’s something about this house that you’re not telling me.”
“I keep hearing noises coming from the attic…”
“I know what I saw, and whatever is in the basement… it’s not human!”
“I didn’t have time to see what it was! I just got the hell out of there!”
“Whose grave were you bringing flowers to…?”
“The electricity guy said there was absolutely nothing wrong – and yet, the lights always flicker on at 2am. Explain that to me?”
“Why don’t you spend the night in that house ‘alone’, then try to convince me that you don’t believe in ghosts.”
“Y-you don’t understand, he didn’t have a face!”
“I had a dream that I killed you.”
“Ah, yes… the room you’re staying in. It’s a paranormal hot spot, apparently.”
“I keep hearing whispers at night… I-I can’t sleep!”
“There was something else in there with me, I’m not going back to that house.”
“Come on, it’s just an urban legend…”
“Are you trying to tell me I’ve been sleeping in a dead girl’s room!?”
“I keep getting the feeling that someone is following me.”
“Don’t panic… but I think there’s someone else in the house.”
“I can still feel her/his ghost, and it’s killing me…”
“There’s something growling in the basement… could you, uh… check it out for me?”
“Can you just… can you please check the closet?”
“P-please… put the knife down.”
“I bought this haunted ring on eBay!”
“No, no, no – run!”
“I didn’t forward one of those freaky chain letters and now I keep hearing the laughter of children coming from my hallways at night.”
“The dead are all around us…”
“She’s dead! She’s dead and yet I keep seeing her, everywhere!”
“There’s something breathing under the bed…”
“You can’t tell me you don’t believe in ghosts after all we’ve been through.”
“I saw something I wasn’t supposed to see, something… that wasn’t supposed to be here.”
“Maybe an exorcism is in order…?”
“I woke up, and it was j-just… staring at me.”
“He was there, then like a second later he literally vanished! I saw it happen!”
“I like the ghosts here… they keep me company.”
“You can’t honestly tell me you’re in love with a dead girl.”
“Wasn’t someone murdered in this house? Why are we here?”
“If dying means being with him/her, kill me. I’d be happier that way.”
“Ghosts aren’t real. You need help.”
“…what do you mean we didn’t talk last night? You came over, you were here.”
“You saw something you weren’t supposed to see. And now… now you know what has to be done.”
“I’m pretty sure my toaster’s haunted.”
"What’s wrong with you? You look like you’ve seen a ghost.”
“Don’t! Don’t you dare open that door!”
“I visited his/her grave for the first time today…”
“Something terrible happened here, didn’t it?”
“Wh-why do you have a knife…?”
"You’re all bloody, what happened!?”
“You know that book from The Evil Dead? Yeah, well… I’m pretty sure we found something pretty damn similar to it.”
“You’re bleeding…”
“How can you not see it…? I’m dead! I’ve been dead for years!”
“I’ve always wanted to see you choking on your own blood.”
“I’m sorry, I’m busy Friday with the… funeral and all.”
“I’ll never forget the sound of his screaming.”
“From the looks of it, the afterlife is a lot more fun than this.”
"Legend has it that you can still hear her crying for her lover in the dead of night.”
“I want to be dead, too.”
“Well don’t you look lovely, all covered in blood.”
"Whoa – wait! Please don’t go down there… let’s just get out of here, please?”
“You played with a Ouija board!?”
“Me and some friends played with a Ouija board the other night… and things have been a little strange since then.”
“There’s so much negative energy in this house… do you know if someone died here?”
“You’re always hanging out in cemeteries… and yeah, it’s kinda creepy.”
"They just don’t believe like they used to…”
“I will haunt you until the end of time.”
