The digital declutter continues…
So I’m currently cracking a beer because I feel like I deserve it. I finally put ALL my tattoo photos from the last 2 years in one place! There were so many photos I hadn’t posted yet. It took me almost four episodes of Working Moms to do it and my ass went totally numb. I still have to delete the bad images, categorize the images into subject based folders and then back them up.
Man, I had no idea my camera roll and albums were such a mess…I also kinda assumed that the camera roll contained the ENTIRETY of the photos and videos on the phone…no it doesn’t. So anyways there were tons of tattoos I haven’t posted and a bunch of tattoos I was like afraid to post because I’m hyper critical of my work…but looking at them now, (a year or two later,) I’m like they’re not that bad…
My new plan is this…
1. I’m going to be using tumblr as the backup so I will finally have a use for the queue feature on this app.
+Then I’ll be able to post on IG and FB on the go.
2. I also want to set up a digital shopping/booking system since I keep reading that online shopping is going to keep being the new norm.
+I’m considering facebook…but I feel like shopify is more credible
3. I started a patreon back in 2020 and I never finished it, I still want to have a patreon but the idea of having one just for fans seems super lame to me. I’d rather have friends than fans…but I think I might have thought of a way to make it work…
Why am I sharing this on Tumblr? When we share things there is more accountability, and we’re more likely to follow through.

This cartoon didn't make it to instagram. I saved it as a .gif instead of a movie file, and insta kept uploading it as a still. When I went back to save it a different format the file imploaded. :( Oh well.

I spent so much time trying to develop my own way of doing an old-school inspired rose. I finally figured it out sometime in 2019. I found these in some of my old flash sketches and knew the would work in this awesome dagger piece. Thank you Noah!
