The current project I’m doing it’s actually taking me ages to complete, so today I share with you the Small Family Cottage!
It’s CC free and all the packs used + the instructions to download it are listed down below.
It’s a small home (exaclty 100 tiles) placed on a 20x20 lot in Windenburg, with two bedrooms and one bathroom!
I imagined a tiny family to live here and I thought they’d be into gardening and nature in general.
I hope you’ll like it!!
CHECK OUT THE SPEEDBUILD ON MY CHANNEL!
Use the moveobjects cheat before placing the lot!

I have been extremely busy over the last few weeks with all the things going on, but I wanted to get some new CC out for everyone. So I decided finished off an old CC Set that I was working on last year but sort of forgot about when I started creating the Modern Housewares Set (Probably not a good idea to work on multiple sets at once).
This was an attempt at creating CC based off of unused Sims 4 Concept Art released during the Community Stuff Pack voting that would later become Sims 4 Laundry Day. This was the alternate style that was offered (Style A) I didn’t end up creating everything, since as I mentioned, I ended up forgetting about this set. However, I finished off everything that was “in progress” and created swatches for everything. There’s 8 Objects included in this small set.
