Murphy’s Pakora Bar Indian brunch for two consisting of: - Popadoms & Spicy Onions - Golgappe - Thalia Tray - Mango Lassi The food was so good, everything was delicious and felt like so much care had gone in to creating the dishes. I could’ve quite easily ate my way through the main dishes but I loved the variety of the tray. The Mango Lassi was so unexpectedly good, finished off the meal perfectly. £24 for two people. If you’re looking for a good feed out the West End, I would highly recommend this place. Staff were so friendly, attentive and we had a lovely table at the window looking out onto Argyle Street. 🚨 New favourite Italian spot in Lanarkshire! 📍Rocca, Hamilton Met my friend for a mid-week pre theatre dinner ar Rocca in Hamilton since it’s been on my list for months. 2 courses for £15.95 ➡️ for the menu. I had the Carbonara and I loved that you could ask for no cream as that’s normally what puts me off ordering it. It was delicious! Then finished off with an Apple Crumble Sundae and a bite of my friends Aero Cheesecake. The portions were perfect size, the food was light for Italian so I felt comfortably full after it without it being too heavy. Another Saturday, another @itison . This time to The Loveable Rogue on Great Western Road for 6 sharing plates and a cocktail each for £45. We struggled to pick the six as everything looked so good and there was so much choice. The food was incredible, everything was cooked perfectly so much flavour. The Crayfish & Lobster Rarebit and Goats Cheese Churros were a standout for me but it was so hard to pick a favourite. 📍 Taal, Braidwood First visit to Taal in Braidwood to wrap up 2022. This is their second location in Lanarkshire, the original in Strathaven. We had popadoms & spicy onions, mixed pakora, chicken tikka, chicken tikka chasni, chicken makhani masala and a peshwari naan.
