My new self-produced electronic single entitled "Bionic Power (Pushing Harder, Jumping Higher)" is out world-wide today, Monday, January 12, 2015 on #iTunes! The song and the lyrics, which were written by me in #Berlin in the Summer of 2013, and the instrumentation, which was performed and produced by me in #NewYorkCity in the Autumn of 2014, is a very moody, atmospheric and theatrical song. It's a highly emotional song with gorgeous violins and a thumping bass line. And it will tear your soul out. It has lead vocals by #LeisaHaddad @elleseraphine and was mixed very diligently by mixing connoisseur @Astrolith. A fabulous collaborative effort all around. The song itself contains many meanings and is about resisting and overcoming corporate, governmental and societal oppression to ultimately living a #positive and #free #life. The song also makes references to the 1970s "The Six Million Dollar Man" and "The Bionic Woman" television series' in which the main characters had superhuman powers by electromechanical implants and therefore were able to overcome any oppression.
