Refrigerator needs; (ingredients I would recommend you to always have at home, this will be updated as I go along)
Baking;
Besides obvious ingredients like all purpose flour and sugar, I would recommend getting brown sugar, vanilla extract and butter.
Cooking;
Cornstarch, noodles, rice and seasonings keep good for longer, but I would also recommend to always have a bit of butter, heavy cream, milk and cheese at home (these are ingredients that I use in many recipes, if you don't use them, don't buy them.)

My own seasoning recommendation;
Fyi i prefer mild seasonings and i dont have the money to buy expensive ones.
Generally I use salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and spice mixes (I usually buy from “spicebar”, a German brand) you can find in many different stores or make yourself;
Chicken seasoning;
Ingredients;
brown sugar (2 tbsp) can be left out
paprika (1 tbsp)
oregano (2 tsp)
garlic powder (1 tsp)
salt (1 tsp)
onion powder (½tsp)
black pepper (½tsp)
Just mix them together and store in an air tight glass
Tumblr media
Ground Beef seasoning:
salt (2 tsp)
garlic powder (1 tsp)
cumin (1 tsp)
crushed red pepper flakes (1 tsp)
dried oregano (½tsp)
onion powder (½tsp)
ground black pepper (½tsp)
Just mix them together and store in an air tight glass

Kitchenware must-haves (will be updated as i go along)
Set of measuring cups (⅛ tsp to full cup)
Scale that works in different measurements
Bowls in different sizes
Air tight glasses and containers
Baking trays, pans and pots
Spatula set
I would recommend using Tupperware because of the higher quality and as it holds for decades, but you can also use cheaper brands. I find a lot of good stuff at TJ Maxx
