also my mum is low-key eating disordered but she won’t admit it, she’s been starving herself everyday eating tiny amounts and it’s so frustrating growing up with a parent who’s so fixated on her weight and everything she talks about it weight loss and weighing herself

my best friend who has ‘recovered’ from her ed is still super thin and it makes me wanna kms, she’s currently on meds that suppress her appetite so she just forgets to eat throughout the day like it’s nothing. i feel SO FAT AND GROSS around her but she’s my best friend

i’m feeling so weak and out of control, i used to be able to go days without eating without barely feel a thing and the ana voice in my head used to be a lot stricter and louder, but i’m finding it easier to talk myself into eating more recently and it’s scaring me. i don’t like this at all, is it bad i crave for a time where i was essentially killing myself?
