Hello Xisuma I honestly don’t know how to start this, but since I expect you to throw this away as soon as you see this, I don’t suppose I have to think about it that much. So… I don’t know if you noticed, you probably didn’t, but I’m no longer in the Void. Please, don’t stress yourself over this. I have no intention in bringing more trouble to you. I have found a way to trouble you no more. I’ve made a deal with Lady Death herself. She agreed to take my life, and give what remained to you. I know it’s not much. I know death is not a luxury I deserve. I deserve to suffer for all I did to you, and your Hermits. But I cannot do this any longer. I can’t live -as much as being in the Void counts as living- knowing what I have caused you.  So I guess this is my last goodbye For all it’s worth, I’m sorry. I’m sorry for all I have done to you all. I don’t and won’t ask for your forgiveness, as I know I don’t deserve one. And when I know I won’t ever see you again, I feel like speaking the truth. So thank you. Thank you for protecting me, since the day I was born. You weren’t older by much, yet you still found a way to protect me from the world that tried to hurt me. Hurt us both. Thank you for taking the blame for me. When I did something stupid, even though you warned me. Like the time I broke moms favorite vase. You know, an interesting tumblr transformation that's happened gradually, and which I've seen no one talk about: ask-culture has essentially dropped off to nothing.

By which I mean, asks used to be WAY more of the tumblr economy. They used to be more common to send, and receive, and see. They were integral to the collaborative, forum-like behavior of old tumblr communities, not even to speak on the HUGE number of ask-blogs that used to exist to only be interacted with in ask-form.

I'm not saying this in a vying-for-attention way but instead in an observational way: I used to get way way more asks in like 2015, even with a fraction of my follower count. I wonder if it's due to the homogenization of social media sites? There's a lot more of this divide between "content creator" and "consumer" instead of just a bunch of peer blogs who would talk to each other. "Asks" aren't really a thing on twitter, are they? And as I understand it, the closest thing to an "ask" on instagram or tiktok would be a creator screenshotting some comment and responding to it in a new reel or video or whatever those content mediums are. Are asks just too tumblr-specific? Is that aspect of the site culture dying out as more and more people converge to using all their social media sites in the same way?

Oh my Gods I can finally talk about my insane (and mostly nonsence) au!

Okey so Time Keeper is like- a thing in my AU. It's like- a magic species- sorta? Like, there are The First, The Celestial, Gods, Angels, Blessed and regular players. And Time Keepers are one of those Blessed. You can be born as a Time Keeper, and it's passed down in genes. But it can go very far down the line. Like- if your great, great, great, great parent was be a Time Keeper, there's a chance you might be born as one, tho it's very rare. It doesn't matter if you're a hybrid, or a human.

Okey so now, what can a Time Keeper do?

As their name suggests, it's somethig to do with time. But they all can have a different variations of it. Some can travel through time like for example Karl (from DSMP (yes that's a thing in my au!)) Or they can see the future or the past. Or they can stop time. Or time bending or somethig else. Tho one thing most of them have in common, is that almost none of them can actually control these powers.
