Here’s an interesting question - if Geliaden were in the animated series, who would you imagine being his voice actor (for the dub, specifically - because all DB just sounds better in dub in my opinion). I can’t imagine it’d be an easy role to do, since they’d have to get his accent and attitude right.

Small follow up - what kind of accent does Geliaden have? (For some reason, I imagine Irish, but I could be so so so wrong 😅)

Oh my goodness a voice actor? Jeez that's actually kinda difficult to decide if only because there's only one name that comes to mind and that's Tim Curry. Probably because when I was fleshing out Geliaden's backstory and personality I was playing Rocky Horror on repeat...

But I really don't know who would be a good fit for Geliaden since I have a solid idea of his voice and yeah, it would require a lot of emotional range.

As far as his accent, I think I had Scottish in mind. British villainy subconsciously invaded my mind on how the royal family sounded (Except Cooler)... Also I was living on historical romance in case the topes could not be seen... Minus the more concerning stuff you overlook in certain genres of writing. Anyhow, Scottish started and I was and am making use of Twas Twere and Twill because of the witch Morgan (SHE FRUSTRATES ME AS A COMPANION AND JUST AS A PERSON BUT SHE'S FASCINATING AS A CHARACTER AND I CAN'T BE MAD AT HER)

I mean, irish might be more accurate in a speaking role, it would kinda depend on how it sounds. I got a sound in my head and with my dyslexia translating that into words is difficult and vice versa.

I saw Vegeta, but my budget... That was blown because of a stupid 360 controller

But I also could not stop myself when I saw Sesshomaru. Like I have the Frieza plush and I have a FMA poster, I NEEDED sesshomaru

And there was like a Twilight Link amibo toooo but that was really the only place I could exercise self restraint.

Of course I'm broke now

And then there's the stuff I WANTED TO BUY

There was also a Buu saga poster, a Rocky Horror Picture Show, two anime Star Wars poster and a fnaf poster but at 12$ a pop I couldn't do it

You know... I wish as an anime fan I could obtain normal figurines of anime girls

But that is an impossibility. And I dare not even show off the other figurines in the display case.

Like... Everyone single one of the was definitely exaggerating even the characters I KNOW had big boobs

Which is why I vow that if I can ever get a merch deal with my characters the women are either going to be done respectfully or the men are getting just as ridiculously over sexualized as the ladies

But I did kinda want 18 just because she's my queen from Dragon Ball.... and will Bayonetta as my ultimate queen I can't complain to awful much

Bayonetta exists in the "exception" category because it never comes off as creepy to me and she's fully owning her sexuality rather than just existing as a sexualized being idk SHE'S DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN OKAY?

I have discovered that if I go over my line work with a black ink pen, that I will absolutely love the look as it makes the lines pop properly against the pencil coloring

And I'm also glad I can jump back and forth between pencil & paper and digital without losing my skills

On a lore note

I, like always, plan on fully detailing a tragic backstory for Oca, because I'm supposed to be going through a major surgery at the end of the year and I use my writing, especially my OCs to work through issues I have (Geliaden gets all the self hatred and random bouts of depression! 😅) so Oca gets to suffer too (as soon as I have a proper point of reference)

On a more positive note note, Raditz is best Sayian boy who's nothing but nice and supportive to Oca.... Or at least as kind and supportive as he can be as Vegeta and Nappa's whipping boy.

They're just gonna be cute and sad together.

Is this in my canon for "Universal Surprise"? Ehhh not really, but I was figuring on making multiple canons based around certain characters and storylines anyhow. Oh the things I have planned for Yōji
