I found my first job!

I was happy, yet nervous.

I accepted even though it was a little far from home.

First day came, I went.

Needless to say, I was slow.

Sluggish....

The urges to give up and run, were frequent. More frequent than I wanted to admit.

It was my 4th day at work..

It was one of those days...

By the time I knew things would go downhill..

It was too much, i began tearing up. Like rivers the tears ran down my face, during work.

The time came were we left.

The boss, left me a little below my home.

I was walking and tearing up.

I opened the door. Sans's voice echoed from the kitchen "amalia! there is hot water go take a shower and then tell me how did it go?" Sans voice came from the kitchen.

I managed to say "Thank you".

I washed my hair and body. I put on my pyjamas and went in the kitchen. I sat down in kitchen.

"so? how did it go?" he asked making a salad.

I said nothing.

More tears ran down my face.

"amalia...?" He turned and looked at me questioningly.

He saw that my face was bathed in tears.

"-wha-? why are you crying? are you hurt? what?!" he touched my shoulder.

"I.. I.. m-messed up-p...*sniff*  I feel useless... *gulp*  I.. made so many mistakes.. I am useless..".

I felt his bony humeri embracing me. Pressing me against his bones. He caressed my hair. "What?! No. No! No! NoNoNo! Don't you dare to say that!we all make mistakes!"

"I forget that the tags go in the clothes, I am sluggish, i messed up with many things"

He took my hand "follow me!" his voice determined. I followed him he took me to my room.

"what is this?!" he asked pointing to my wall.

I followed his hand.

"..." My eyes widen, I knew what he meant.

"well? tell me amalia. what. are. these?"

"My degrees" I answered looking on the floor.

"keep your eyes on the wall amalia, tell me what you see!!!"

"My Proficiency in English, and my degree from my University. Primary Education" my voice sounded small.

He took my degree and began reading my grades, one by one.

"You call yourself useless because of your mistakes?! Mistakes happen! We are where we are because of mistakes! This job is temporary. You have a degree! You have a job! You. Are. Not. Useless!"

I hugged him and cried harder. "You are right Sans... Thank you! But, I'm slow"

"you will find your rhythm. it's gonna be okay" he caressed my hair.

"Thank you Sans" I said and hugged him.

He took me to the kitchen "eat something" he brought me a salad and aj orange juice. I ate contently.

Once done.

We went to the bedroom.

My head on his collarbone.

He was so soft. He smelled nice, green apple.

I sighed contently.

"i love you amalia, it's going to be okay!"

I smiled and close my eyes.

“It's gonna be okay”

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock.

Sans isn't here....

Sans was never here.

I sighed.

I was hugging my pillow and bedsheets and duvet.

I look at the art of Sans and me I have on my phone. It's gonna be okay.

I got up, got dressed and ate. As I was about to leave my home I looked at my color pencils.

A couple of tears ran down my eyes.

I sighed and walked towards the door.

“It's gonna be okay” I told myself. I took a deep breath.

Hand on the door. I left and went to work.
