Now, i'm obviously not an expert at all, and i encourage you to please ask for help in any way you can (if you want to and feel comfortable please message me and i'll do my best to help you).

For the moment i'm going to share with you what i've done in my worsts times, but still, please try to reach out for help, you deserve it love.

I've had many hard periods when i wanted nothing else, but i try to just, keep living, you know? Like it sounds dumb, i know, but it was like, it doesn't matter if i do nothing, i might be laying in bed and sleeping all day but i'm gonna stay here, i'm gonna keep breathing, i'm not going to force myself to do anything else but stay here. Because that's the hardest thing to do, and therefore requires all your energy.

I then try to focus on doing the basic things. Whenever i'm down, the first thing i forget to do is brush my teeth (to the point where i had a throat infection i haven't fully get rid of yet, because of the bacteria), secondly i forget to shower and then i forget to eat.

Feeling "dirty" only brings me more down, so i try to make myself feel as fresh as possible. Try to brush your teeth and wash your face, it won't solve everything but you won't feel as bad, believe me.

Then do your best to take a shower and you can motivate yourself by choosing your most comfortable clothes to put on after. Most people say that you should wear something nice or your favorite clothes, but at my worst there's no way i'm putting on skinny jeans. I have my favorite close ready and clean and waiting for me to come out of the shower.

Try to keep water close, always. And drink it as often as you can. Hopefully it will inspire you to get something to eat. If not (because it has happened to me) then at least you are hydrated.

Eat anything you like, as long as it is food. Even if it is an apple or instant ramen (my comfort food) as you keep eating you are doing so well.

Do something you like. It doesn't matter if it isn't something you should be doing, homework/work/chores doesn't matter in this moment. You matter. So don't care if you put everything aside go put on your favorite music or your favorite show. My comfort movies are Hairspray (with zac efron) and Burlesque because i really enjoy singing, otherwise i put one direction on, or the music from beauty and the beast, hercules, moana and TANGLED, because singing never fails to warm my heart.

Again, you won't be cured in an instance, but taking the time to do something that stirs your chest and brings some other emotions to you is so worth it.
