OVERTIME - Part 8: Escalation
Read Part One Here!
Previous Chapter Here!
Laura's hive is about to overrun Woodshurst while Sullivvan and her Handler race against the clock to stop them. Rhiannon plots a diabolical revenge and it's only a matter of time until the alien infestation reaches a terrible tipping point.
After that, the world may never be the same...
Rhiannon shivered as she crouched among the crushed tables and chairs of what had once been the food court in Woodhurst mall. Her jaws quivered as pairs of serrated claws sprouted from each of her wrists, extending up to nearly six feet long. Her exoskeleton was thickening, and she'd already regenerated the bladed end of her tail, now three times as long. Harder. Sharper. They did this to her. Made her become this. Her body was rapidly adapting to the threat of violence, not only recovering every wound she had suffered but toughening her, strengthening her. They wouldn't do this to her again.
Around her, her tentacles undulated as several security guards writhed at her feet. All of them ensnared by her tentacles, each greedily sucking at a tentacle throbbing in their mouth. Their uniforms ripped apart as their bodies swelled. She would waste no time rebuilding. Her new hive would be stronger. Her hyper adaptation hadn't just changed her, it was changing her drones as well. This next generation would be bigger, faster. Fighters that existed to defend her and slay her enemies whilst still being a source of the nourishment and pleasure she craved above all things. She happily purred as thick purple exoskeletons began to sheath her muscular creations. Yes, with these she would have her revenge...
A faint clatter in the mall caught her attention. She growled, not yet ready to release her warriors and pursue the sound. Footsteps approached and she felt her muscles tense. The only parts of her not fully healed were where the big man's gun had burned her with its purple light. Those wounds were healed but scarred. There was no way she'd let something leave a mark like that on her ever again...
Rhiannon relaxed when she saw stepping out of the gloom, was an unexpected pleasure. Ben. She thought. She recognised this drone, she could feel the familiar warmth in her mind. It was Ben. Ben survived. She tried to speak but only happy chittering, clicking sounds came out. The drone bowed reverently before her as it offered up something it had been dragging behind it.
The bundle of slimy webbing squirmed. Tightly bound within, Rhiannon could see the naked body of Officer Curtis. Her jaws twisted into an exaggerated, inhuman grin. The officer let out a long muffled scream as the giant beast's tentacles wriggled through the air towards her, snaking their way through the webbing and into her with a wet slurp.

Sullivan was buttoning up a women's uniform she'd found in the police station changeroom when her handler returned. There had been no salvaging her torn and bloodied suit, this was as good a substitute as she'd find in the time they had left.
"Guessing that went well for you too, huh?" She quipped as she eyed him up and down while dabbing away the streaks of Alien gore still splattered across her face. The handler was visibly damaged. His left wrist crushed and torn until his inner mechanisms were visible. His clothes torn open and a shower alien blood and matter streaked across his feature-less chest.
"Sergeant Sofen has been compromised" he stated flatly.
"No shit, I shot the Sheriff" quipped Sullivan, nodding at one of the three alien cadavers lying on the ground in a crumpled heap. "Dunno if either of the others is the department but the bitch had them nesting down in the... in the holding cells..." Continued Sullivan with a sputtering cough. A little blood dribbled from her mouth and nose. The handler could see blood already seeping through her salvaged police uniform.
"You require medical attention" he stated in the same monotone.
"We got a job to do, I'll walk it off" She grunted. "How about you. Sofen lead you into a trap?"
"Negative. Sergeant Sofen appeared sincerely invested in the destruction of the contaminants present within the apartment." Stated the Handler as he laid Daisy's severed arm on the table in front of Sullivan. "Suspect Sergeant Sofen and Rhiannon do not pose a unified threat." Sullivan stared thoughtfully at the arm. Was every infected human capable of pursuing their own agenda, or was there a rogue element straying from the pack? And if so, who? Sullivan's train of thought was broken as eyes fluttered, her vision growing a little hazy. A thin trickle of blood ran from her nose as she braced herself against the desk.
"And uh... the rest of the Sergeant... she won't be bothering us?" Asked Sullivan as she wiped the blood on her sleeve.
"Probable. Sergeant Sofen sustained catastrophic blood loss and injury before falling into the river. Survival is unlikely." Replied the Handler in his monotone.
"Good. We need to put Rhiannon down while we've got her on the ropes. Can't afford any interruptions if we want this cleaned up in time..." said Sullivan as she stared at the ticking clock on her smart watch. She wasn't ready to burn this town and she sure as he'll wasn't going to burn with it...
* * *
Daisy awoke with a choking, sputtering snarl as the water lapped at her face. She hacked up a foul mixture of blood, mud and water as she came to. Trying to pull herself upright, she whimpered as she'd only felt one arm respond.
Fully in her true alien form, naked and sprawled on the bank of the river, she shuddered as consciousness and memory came flooding back to her. She rolled onto her back and stared up at the night sky with a low, mournful growl. She hadn't felt rejection since Laura changed her. She didn't think she possibly could. She'd become perfect, irresistible. She should be relaxing in her own hive surrounded by her adoring male drones. Not alone, shivering and hurt like this. The dream was collapsing. The promise of a glorious new world feeling so empty and hollow now. The stars had seemed so beautiful and welcoming when she knew this world would join the many others that shared the hive's gift. Now she might never know that joy.
Slowly, Daisy turned to look at where her left arm had been. Her heart leapt a little. It was still gone, but the ragged opening where her shoulder had gone with it had filled out and she could see a small mound forming and growing as she watched. She closed her eyes and concentrated, focusing everything on how badly she wanted her arm back, to be whole again, to be what she should be.
Opening her eyes, she let out an excited hiss. The mound was more like a stump. Gently poking it, she could feel bone. Her arm was regrowing. Perhaps her body was still every bit as incredible as she had believed. Her faith in Laura was still shaken, but she still had hope for herself.
No. I'm not done yet. She thought to herself as she lay down on her back and closed her eyes. I'll show them. I'll show all of them...
* * *
Officer Janine Curtis wanted to scream, she'd been trying to for several minutes, instead, only soft moans and muffled cries of elation escaped her. Tentacles swathed her entire body as she quivered within their sticky embrace. She was horrified by what was happening to her as the tentacles slowly pulled her up into the giant beast's vagina and yet her body couldn't deny the unnatural pleasures being bestowed upon it. Her own vagina throbbed and clenched at the tentacle pulsing in it.
To her amazement, Janine could still breathe. The tentacles convulsing in her mouth and throat seemingly filling her lungs despite the slime engulfing her completely. Without any ability to do so, her willingness to keep struggling was fading fast. It wasn't an unpleasant sensation. Perhaps it was best to just appreciate the erotic nightmare and accept this was either how she'd die or perhaps become like one of the things that had dragged her down here. The more she relaxed into it, the more that idea appealed to her. Janine didn't want to die. And if that's how these things were made... she was rapidly becoming very onboard with team alien monster if it kept feeling this good...
It was hard to know how long she was in there, her consciousness fading in and out as orgasm after orgasm rolled over her like a tide coming and going. Eventually, she felt her back begin to sting. The tentacles weren't just in her orifices. They were literally in her. Prising her open and slithering through her bones and nerves. Janine tried to scream as she felt herself lurch backwards as if she was being pulled out of her body. Janine couldn't even feel a thing as she tried to scream one last thing and her world went dark...
* * *
Laura snarled as she squeezed the drone's throat, her hips furiously slapping against his. "Why Mike? Why? Haven't I given you enough? Is there some part of you still listing after her? Did you honestly think I wouldn't fucking notice?" The drone moaned helplessly as he bucked up to let his queen pummel his shaft, his eyes glazing over as she squeezed his neck tighter. "Was it me? Were you trying to get back at me? Waa that it?" She bellowed, thick rivulets of drool spattering from her fanged maw as she pulled him closer. "It wasn't Luke!" She roared, eyes darting over to the broken, mewling drone writhing amongst the fleshy trees in the corner of the clearing, it's broken bones slowly beginning to reknit.
"So it had to be you! I just want to know why! There must be something left of you in there!? Did you think you could make her your queen? Did you?!? TELL ME!" She shrieked between hungry, passionate kisses. Fury excited her. She hadn't enjoyed fucking this drone like this, not since she first turned him into the first of her hive all those nights ago.
"Luh... luh... love... youuuu..." Groaned the drone as it clutched her ass. Laura hissed angrily as she rolled her hips back and forth with increasing intensity. Her outer jaws quivered. The drone's refusal to give her the confession she sought made her need for control sky-rocket. "And who is your queen? Hmm, Michael? Tell me who your queen is?" She growled, deeper and lower than her voices had ever gone before.
"Rrrr..." growled the drone, his head leaning back as Laura tightened her grip "Go on. Say it." Snarled Laura, her voice trembling with barely contained rage. "Rrrrargh... L... La... Laura." He hissed "My love. My Laura. My life for you my queen..." he groaned as her vaginal tentacles squeezed and stroked his cock. His claws gripped her ass so firmly as he pressed up into her that for a moment she felt her breath knocked out of her as she bowed her head to nuzzle against him, her tentacles on her head shivering as her breath came in ragged gasps. She was so furious, yet so blissfully aroused now. She knew it had to be him that turned Rhiannon. She hated him for that. And yet he clung to her, pleased her, professed his devotion to her like the good drone she'd relished turning him into. Even though nothing of the male hybrid was supposed to survive the transformation, she permitted herself to think she had grown fond of him. Her first. The first man to truly obey her.
She growled as she slid her hands from his throat to his shoulders. Her legs curled around his waist, squeezing him tightly in anticipation of  what would come next. "You're lying, Mike." She panted, her claws scraping at his exoskeletal ribs. "I should be punishing you..." She angrily rasped, reaching a trembling hand back up towards the drone's throat. "So... why can't I...?" She murmured, caressing his cheek with the back of her hand. "Luh... looove youuu..." he moaned as his cock began to undulate, pumping thick slimy cum into her. "My queen... my Laura... my mistress..." he purred softly, gently kissing her neck as she let out a long, blissful sigh. She wanted him dead for his insubordination and yet she couldn't bring herself to do it. All her anger and hatred couldn't override her need to collect her drones and feed off them. For a brief moment Laura wondered if she'd been truly in control of herself at any point since her transformation. Was it possible that in her own ways, she was as much a slave to her new biology and instincts as her drones and handmaidens?
"Playing favourites now, your Majesty?"
Laura whipped around with a vicious roar at the first sound of the intrusion on her private moment.
"Daisy..." She grunted, her glowing green eyes locking with the human eyes of the naked police officer before roaming up and down her. "You look like shit." State Laura with a tremble, her eyelids flickering as Mike continued to fill her with his hot, thick streams of cum. Daisy frowned, her body tensing at the vicious remark despite making no effort to dispute it. She was splattered with dry mud and grime from the lake and her trek through the forest back to Laura's hive. Most notably, her left arm was disproportionate and mismatched to the rest of her. Fully in its true alien form, scaly and turquoise. Where it met her pale human flesh at her shoulder, her flesh appeared scarred as if she'd been horribly burned. That immediately bothered Laura. She hadn't yet seen anything that could inflict lasting damage in their kind like that.
"We need to talk, Laura" spat the officer with a low growl "I'm clearly busy Daisy, unless you want in on this-" "No Laura. We need to talk about Rhiannon"
The Michael Drone seemed to perk up at that name, much to Laura's ire. With a roar, she dismounted him and staggered to her feet.
"I trust you're about to tell me our new friends have dealt with her..." whispered Laura, rounding on Daisy "that her hive is in ruins and those agents are preoccupied or better yet, in the process of joining us. That is what you're about to tell me, isn't it?"
To Laura's surprise, Daisy remained human and defiant, angrily glaring up at her.
"Rhiannon is... out of control." Spat the officer with a distasteful grimace. "Don't waste my time with what I already know" sneered Laura as she drew closer.
"No. She's out of control. She's... gone wild. There's no purpose, no method. She's changed into an actual monster Laura. We shouldn't be able to do that." Laura raised an eyebrow at the use of 'we' and how out of place that felt. Was Daisy trying to speak to her like an equal? Her eyes darted back and forth as she considered this information. If Rhiannon was not only beyond her telepathic influence but uncontrollably changing beyond what belonged in the hive, could that explain the increasing frequency and intensity of her migraines? And where was Daisy's newfound sense of self coming from?
"And she's still alive?" Murmured Laura, clenching her fists. Daisy nodded.
"Though how is beyond me. The police are all gone. Good news, bullets are nothing to our kind. But the Agents... they have weapons like nothing I've ever seen. They reduced Rhiannon's nest and drones to ash and embers. One agent did all that and yet the same weapon barely scratched Rhiannon."
Laura closed her eyes and trembled before releasing a deafening roar of anger and frustration.
"That's not the worst part, Laura" Continued Daisy in the same low growl. "I don't know about the woman, but the other Agent isn't human." At that, Laura looked up with a start. Her eyes widening with concern. "Not like us" interjected Daisy, pre-empting Laura's next question. "He's...not real. A fabrication. I tried to take him and found a machine that felt nothing for me. No matter what I did..." Daisy idly stroked at her left arm as she continued, her eyes watering at the memory of that encounter.
"Where are they now..." demanded Laura, flexing her claws and tentacles with barely contained Fury "Daisy. Where did they go?"
* * *
Agent Sullivan struggled to keep her eyes open as the car whipped around the street corners in the dead of the night. Coming down from the adrenaline high from her previous encounter with the hybrids, her blood loss was catching up with her. The memory of that fight made her deeply uncomfortable. The memory of the creature's claws grappling with her, the futility of her punching and kicking as it loomed over her. It was a miracle she survived at all, though she could barely remember how as she fought to not pass out again.
"How far now?" She mumbled, her head drooping as the street lights began to blur together. "Close. The target appears to have moved towards the Woodhurst mall" Replied the Handler, remarking on the trail of damaged cars and shattered windows along the main street. There were already a few curious onlookers venturing out of their homes, no doubt woken by the enormous alien beast as it passed through.
Sullivan cocked her energy rifle and tried to sit upright from where she was slouching in the back seat, the mall drawing closer on the horizon. The weapon whirred as it powered up, it's lights twinkling into a vibrant glow. Anticipating yet another fight, Sullivan could feel yet another surge of adrenaline kicking in.
"You should remain here to not further strain your injuries ma'am" implored the Handler as it brought the car to a screeching halt.
"I won't hear it. I'm coming with you. Gotta... gotta keep moving..." Replied Agent Sullivan S she hopped out of the car in time with her cybernetic partner. "You couldn't finish her on your own. You need me."
The handler simply nodded and picked up his energy rifle. Shouldering her own, Sullivan advanced behind him. One foot in front of the other, step by step until it is done, she thought to herself.  There's still time. We can still do this...
* * * Daisy permitted herself a vicious smirk as Laura stormed through the organic forest back up towards the house, her freshly drained drone obediently loping behind her. Daisy couldn't believe it had worked, but she had baited Laura into mustering the hive and launching a full-scale attack on the town, including Rhiannon and the agents. Days ago she wouldn't have dared. But the hive was so big now and Daisy was outgrowing it, maturing into a potential queen more and more with each passing moment. And Laura was so preoccupied elsewhere she was either oblivious or ignoring Daisy's increasing independence. You may well regret that, mused Daisy as she remained in the clearing.
Turning her attention to the rapidly healing drone Laura had been neglecting, Daisy licked her lips. Regeneration and evolution were demanding processes and it had been so long since she'd sated her own appetites...
Gingerly stepping over the drone, Daisy leaned down to take its cock into her mouth. She closed her eyes and concentrated on her tongue as it extended, shifting into its alien form as it curled around the drone's throbbing member. While her left arm seemed trapped in its true form, Daisy was finding she had far greater control over the rest of her body now. It took very little effort at all to keep most her body human while she bobbed up and down.  Another small, quiet act of rebellion against Laura and her ways. The drone purred happily as it's cum surged into Daisy's mouth and down her throat. Happily groaning with the ecstasy of feeling truly nourished for the first time in hours.
Releasing it with a slurp, Daisy mounted the drone and pulled him into a tight embrace. For a few moments, she cradled him in her arms, affectionately stroking him as he regained his stamina.
"Such a loyal, attentive Drone, aren't you?" Mumbled Daisy as she began kissing him. "She doesn't appreciate that. Not really. Not like I will..."
Slowly, her pussy tentacles slithered out to coil around the drone's cock and pull it into her. Sure enough, the drone enthusiastically pressed his cock up into her. Daisy began to purr as she relaxed, content to let the drone bounce her in his lap. Perfect. With a thought, she willed her right nipple to change and extend its tentacle. She then reached up to hold its tip and gently guide it into the drone's mouth. Daisy smiled ferociously as the drone eagerly suckled on the nipple tentacle, gulping hungrily as her tentacle began to discharge a slime of her own. To her amazement, the drone's scales began to lighten to a turquoise that matched her own. She hadn't expected it to work, let alone so quickly. She was reprogramming him, imprinting her will onto his own. Just like Laura did with Daisy and her fellow handmaidens, a rewiring of the subject's synapses and neural pathways to direct its functions towards what she wanted.
"That's right... you're mine now. Aren't you?"
* * *
Shattered glass crunched under Sullivan's shoe as she stepped carefully through the food court, weapon raised and at the ready. The inside of the mall was apocalyptic. Spot fires burned in shops and food outlets, furniture had been uprooted and tossed around like a children's playthings. The tied floor was severely impacted cracked and shattered in a clear path that an enormous creature had strode through the complex. And all throughout this path of destruction they found streaks of slime, blood and fleshy growths pulsing and throbbing amongst the rubble or slowly inching their way through tight spots.
Sullivan had burned the first couple they had found but she quickly realised the futility of it. Instead they needed a swift confirmed kill on the priority target, then they'd burn the whole structure down. Research and specimens be damned. This thing was clearly too dangerous and spreading too fast to take any chances. They had enough with the hand and what they'd taken from the police station before they had set that ablaze as well. The op was blown anyway, they may as well be certain there was no trace of the hybrid lifeforms.
"Over here" whispered the Handler, gesturing at Sullivan to join him by an enormous hole in the floor. She wobbled a little as she moved to join him, her dizziness was still coming and going. She told herself when they made it out of this, she was going to treat herself to an all you can eat buffet and sleep for a whole day. Maybe two. It was probably the blood loss but she was famished, visibly wincing as her stomach rumbled. Wincing more as she crouched next to the handler, she raised an eyebrow as if to ask what they were looking at.
"Target has burrowed into the basement, I'm picking up visible indicators of a nest like we observed at target's residence. Not as well established, but evidence of torn clothing suggests civilian casualties. Likely compromised."
Sullivan clenched her teeth. If the damn things assimilated people so fast, it was a wonder the town hadn't been overrun already.
"How do we get down?" She replied. The handler nodded towards a nearby fire exit.
"You take the stairs. I'll cover from here and approach the target from above"
Sullivan nodded and slowly stood up, limping towards the stairs. For a moment, she thought to thank her handler. For his dedication to his duty, his loyalty to her. If he weren't a synthetic entity, in this moment it nearly made her feel things besides appreciation... Thinking better of it, she carefully snuck down the fire exit to the basement.
* * *
"Stop it! All of you!" Roared Laura at the cavorting pile of bodies around her. One by one, her handmaidens slowly dismounted their respective lovers. The drones all in various stages of feeding them, were slower to react, but obeyed all the same.
"That's right. You all do as I say, when I say. You obey me." She angrily stated, her eyes wildly darting around at the occupants of her hive.
"We are done hiding. I am done hiding." She rasped, baring her fangs as she spoke. "I... we... are the future. This world. Our world. It belongs to us. I have made you all greater, haven't I? Are you not better for being what I want you to be?" She continued, her voices trembling with the Fury that dictated her actions.
"Yes my queen!" Replied every drone and handmaiden in union. Laura smiled. Such total obedience to her ever stopped being incredibly gratifying.
"Because I know what is best for us all. I know what we need. Because what you need is what I want. What you need is the purpose I created all of us for!" Screamed Laura with righteous anger. Her subjects all smiled at her as her telepathic hold on them intensified. They were no longer being  subtly coerced, compliance was outright enforced. Laura craved their adoration and without realising it, she was forcing it upon them all.
"Except for one. One who serves no such purpose. A mistake. An Abomination." Snarled Laura.
"Rhiannon." Growled the crowd of hybrids in unison.
"Rhiannon threatens the hive. She threatens you all. And I won't allow it. We are taking the town. And everyone in it. Mass conversion. Ever house, every person. We will sweep through Woodhurst and make a glorious hive from it. And as we do. We are going to hunt down that bitch and destroy her!" "Destroy her! Destroy her for you!" Cried the crowd, their voices mimicking Laura's intensity as they felt what she felt. Laura paid especially close attention to the Michael-drone at her feet when they did. It warmed her heart to see and hear no hesitation in him. Only Loyalty to her. Like it should be.
"And the agents? My queen?" Purred Daisy striding up to join her. Laura's eyes narrowed at the officer, still in her naked human form save for her left arm. Perhaps Rhiannon wasn't the only deviation from her grand plan after all. Once Rhiannon was dealt with, Daisy would need to be assessed... but for now, she could still be useful.
"My dear. Beloved first of my handmaidens..." Replied Laura, taking Daisy's clawed hand in her own and tenderly stroking her scaled arm. "I think you have more than earned a little revenge, don't you?" * * * Sullivan stepped into the basement as quietly as she could. It was taking all her strength and concentration to keep her gun steady. She hadn't known what to expect, but seeing the enormous hybrid in the far corner shook her to her core.
Even in the dim light, she could see it's thick pink scaly hide glistening as it slowly gyrated. It's enormous torso looked human and feminine. If you scaled a woman up to have a 20 foot long body. It's elongated arms and legs were more like those of a giant insect with multiple joints and enormous inhuman claws at their ends. Enormous spines jutted from her back amidst a seething mass of tentacles. An enormous tail writhed and thrashed behind her as her enormous reptilian head shook from side to side. Several mandibles lining her enormous, fanged maw were twitching as her dozens of eyes fought to stay open. Beneath her was one of the drones. Pink like her and swathed in the torn remainder of a security guard's uniform but otherwise identical to the others. She groaned and rumbled as he eagerly thrust into her, her belly bloated and distended as it pulsated with a life of it's own.
With a deft hand gesture, Sullivan indicated to her handler through the hole above. Eyes on target. Be ready. Two more drones in tattered security uniforms prowled around their peer and their gigantic mistress, eagerly awaiting their turn. Sullivan took aim at the one closest to her, maybe 70 feet away. With a thumbs up from handler, she inhaled sharply and squeezed the trigger.
The dark basement lit up with searing bright purple light as if a dozen welding torches were suddenly in use. The purple beam lanced out from the weapon's chrome tip and punched clean through the head of the first drone and clipped the second in its leg, sending it sprawling. The enormous one shrieked as it turned to look at her, it's eyes seeming to well with tears as it angrily roared like a giant dinosaur in a movie. The drone beneath her scrambled to try and leap into action but it was firmly wedged between her and the ground. The wounded drone was on its feet, racing towards Sullivan as her weapon whirred, rapidly charging for another shot. She almost admired how selflessly the drone threw itself at her to protect the big one. Almost. The handler's weapon flared to life as the wounded drone crossed his line of sight. With a terrible crackle, the handler's beam cut the drone's torso neatly in half. The creature shrieked as Sullivan then finished it with a near point-blank shot to the head.
The big one shrieked and whined, rearing up as the third and final drone rushed out from beneath it. Before the final drone could reach Sullivan, the handler leapt down from above, crash tackling the beast as it passed beneath the hole. The two of them rolled to the side, punching and kicking as the handler slowly brought his rifle to bear. With a sharp jab, he thrust the weapon at the creature's head and pulled the trigger. Meanwhile Sullivan took aim at the big one as it held its arms up and chattered incoherently, almost as if begging for mercy. Sullivan offered it none. A purple beam tore through its outstretched arm and shoulder, then another punched through it's skeletal thigh as the handler joined in. The creature howled and thrashed wildly, barking over and over as if it were begging them to stop. Sullivan gritted her teeth and fired again, punching a hole in the glass dome on it's forehead. With a desperate shriek, the beast fell forwards, flailing wildly as they fired on it again and again. It's head and torso began to look more like burnt Swiss cheese as each salvo tore through the creature. Finally it's thrashing came to a stop as it's remains lay in a charred heap.
Stepping closer, Sullivan noted how empty the creature's brain cavity appeared to be and not just from their shooting. Had it been preparing for a further mutation? Some expansion of it's brain matter to better suit what it was becoming. It almost seemed a shame to pass up researching it any further. In its final death spasms, Sullivan spotted its two closest eyes seemed distinctly human, almost familiar as they stared mournfully at her. Sullivan pulled her trigger again. No traces.
"Hhhelp... meeee..." moaned a voice from the corner the giant hybrid had lurched from. Swathed in slime and torn clothing was the semi-naked form of Officer Janine Curtis.
"Officer Curtis!? You're alive!?" Exclaimed Sullivan without lowering her weapon. "You alright, Curtis?" Asked the agent, on guard for anything. "Respectfully ma'am, I'm feeling pretty fucking shit." She coughed wetly. Sullivan motioned handler towards Janine, mouthing the words "be careful" "How badly they get you Curtis?"
"Bastards dragged me down here, tried to web me up like some kind of snack or..." Janine began to whimper as tears streaked down her cheeks. "That's all they did though. Honest. They glued me down and made me watch them... rutting. Oh God..." Slowly the handler prised her free of the goo and took her trembling arms around him. "I'm so glad to see you Agents. So glad. I thought I'd be a goner... or worse..." She continued to weep as she huddled up to the handler. Slowly, the three of them made their way back up the stairs.
* * * Ben was Furious, his body shaking with rage as he watched the trio leave. Since becoming a drone his thought processes were gloriously simple. He did what Rhiannon commanded. Gave her whatever she wanted. That pleased him more than any human emotion ever had.
So when she made him hide and stay his hand no matter what happened, he didn't think twice. He simply did as she willed. Then the human and the machine came. The machine that had lain waste to her nest and all his brethren. The murderer had wounded his beloved queen and yet no amount of rage could get past the biological need to do as he was told. It seemed cruel that it forced him to watch her die. His magnificent queen, his world, his reason for existing. Brutally killed in cold blood. So why was he still hiding. He could follow them but found striking or lashing out impossible. He promised Rhiannon to hide. No fighting until she gave the word. But how could she set him loose if she was dead. Was he still so bound to her whims that even death couldn't change that? No. Rhiannon was everything. There was nothing she couldn't do. Surely she wouldn't have just died without a fight like that? Would she?
* * *
Laura snickered as her nipple tentacles retracted, the man beneath her on the sidewalk growling happily as his body finished shifting into that of a drone. All around her, her handmaidens converted new conquests of their own on the road and sidewalk. Foolish humans that had Ventured outside to gawk at the fires and trail of destruction through the main street. The women among them were all tightly bound in cocoons or being implanted with parasites by the drones that carried the pods of Laura and her Brood.
"We should have done this so much sooner..." She happily crowed to herself, marvelling at the sight and sounds around her. So much sex, so much happiness. How glorious it would be to do this on a larger scale once they reach the major cities...
Victory was at hand, just as Laura knew it would be. There was no stopping her now, just a matter of finishing off a few loose ends. The closer they got to the mall, the more her head ached, they had to be close to Rhiannon now. The migraines were getting sharper and her patience was growing thinner. She needed to see the Abomination dead by her hand and she didn't dare pause until the deed was done. Somewhere out there, Daisy and a group of drones were hunting the agents. Laura wasn't worried. Daisy's need for retribution would surely keep her occupied for the time being.
Moving onto her next would-be drone, a screaming middle-aged Biker, she was just about to settle down on his cock when an excruciating pressure flooded her frontal lobe. With a keening shriek, Laura staggered forward and collapsed in a foetal position.
When she awoke barely a minute later, she saw Tiff had taken the opportunity to seduce and convert the Biker herself. Normally Laura would baulk at the idea of someone taking what she'd laid claim to. Not this time. Her mind was elsewhere. When she'd collapsed. She had a vision of the mall, torn apart. A giant mechanical body holding her as they moved through the ruined food court. Her eyes glowed brighter than ever before as she whispered to herself.
"I know where you are, I know..."
With a voraciously snarl, Laura began to sprint towards the mall with every available Hybrid tearing along behind her.
"You can't escape me Rhi. I've got you now..."

Sullivan was doing her best to keep her eyes open and her focus on officer Curtis. She was so weak an woozy now, but she couldn't be sure Curtis hadn't been compromised. And maybe if she had, the possibility of delivering a live specimen for research wasn't completely forfeit after all. At least she still had the handler. As they staggered back through the mall, he had appropriated some towels and loose clothing from a department store to clean her up and offer a modicum of modesty. She was still terribly shaken by the experience, that visible trauma was the only reason Sullivan hadn't incinerated her with the bodies in the basement. Glancing at the countdown on her watch, final hour. This was no longer a rescue. The town was too far gone. The three of them needed to be out before the inevitable missile strike would wipe Woodhurst off the map.
And yet, she could barely walk. Sullivan collapsed with a groan. Her limbs felt numb, her head was so dizzy and her stomach cramped as she fought to stand back up. Handler and Officer turned to face her but she brushed the helping hands aside.
"I'm alright, we can make it... we can... make it..." She trailed off. Her shortness of breath wasn't the only thing silencing her. Standing in the entrance of the mall was a large blue female hybrid, flanked by dozens of identical blue drones and several smaller features hybrids in varying shades of blue and purple.
"No. I don't think you will." Angrily rasped the lead hybrid.
"You can't hide from me Rhi-Rhi. It's time to end this" her voices growled, making Sullivan's arm hairs stand on end as her skin prickled at the aura of malice the hybrid exuded.
"If I told you... I've already put her down... would you let us past?" Panted Sullivan, knowing full well she wasn't up for another fight. The lead hybrid chuckled.
"No. No even if you had, the only way you'd leave this building would be as one of us... but that hardly matters, does it Rhi-Rhi?" Growled the Hybrid.
"I'm not... I dunno what you think is happening here but I'm not-" protested Agent Sullivan before Officer Janine Curtis smiled and interrupted.
"She's not talking to you. Are you Laura?"

Whoa, hey!
Obviously when everyone else is thinking how cool Falin is as a monster, Senshi is thinking of what a nutritional meal full of protein she’d make.
I love drawing in this style, it always makes me want to paint. I would love to do massive oil paintings that look biblical, but instead of depicting Christianity it’s just different anime. People would be all is that Jesus, and I’d be all no it’s Goku from Dragon Ballz.

Bauphette from Stjepan Sejic’s comic Fine Print is a favorite of mine and one that definitely pushes an envelope from a design perspective. She means so much though.
