Not your mothers: their curl products are amazing. I especially love their curl refresher.

As someone with curls but not coils I prefer creams. There’s one I love from target. I can’t think of the brand but it has an orange label and the sent is Crème Brûlée ♥️

I’m also a fan of pineapple curls products.

An ideal curl routine for me is:

Hair washed and conditioned.

Usually I comb it out after/during conditioning.

Apply cream in the shower. (Sometimes I duck my hair under again real quick to dilute)

I use a cotton tshirt to scrunch my hair to absorb the dripping.

Add leave in conditioner (I use a spray from not your mothers) and sometimes a curl spray (pineapple curls)

When I’ve done the initial pay dry (but the hair is still fairly wet) I put in mousse and then scrunch with the tshirt, diffuse, or air dry.

Sometimes I do all of this sometimes none. Depends on my mood. It’s a really a trial and error and figuring out what you like.
