hogwarts au sentences. let’s put those harry potter aus into good use. contains 40+ dialogue starters relating to hogwarts — some mention different houses and the occasional canon event, but a lot can be used by anybody. feel free to switch around pronouns, diction, and the like to make them more suitable for your muse’s mouth.

Quidditch by no means was her thing. Aurelia had no intentions of being disrespectful to her Slytherin team or any other, the problem was the height of the seats. For the life of her, she could never get herself to climb up those damn stairs and sit there while the stadium opened like a gaping maw. So, while the match was going on, Aurelia had the time to enjoy her library time and study.
Study, as in walk between the aisles of bookshelves, taking one book, reading few lines and then putting it back. She did not keep track of time, Aurelia had no idea when the match started and neither did she know when it will end. But it was pleasant nonetheless, rarely can one enjoy the library in such a silent state.
And of course, Aurelia hovered around the Restricted section. Her eyes taking small peaks towards it, willing herself to find the courage and breach it in broad daylight. A proof to herself that she can do it. But she didn’t.

Silence in the first floor girl’s lavatory was mostly broken by the shuffling of pages and the bubbles that emerged from a steaming pot. Aurelia sat cross legged in front of said pot, with Moste Potente Potions book in her lap.
Her agenda for today is to finally start cooking up the Polyjuice potion, slowly adding the right ingredients. All the while keeping an ear out for anyone who decided to wander in.

There was an itch to the girl, a sparkle unhindered in her eyes, yes, yes, she’s here, she’s in. Where? Ah yes, Hogwarts, but not as a student anymore oh no, now she has the power. Of sorts. Who would’ve expected that a daughter of a prominent family would simply pursuit a career in being the Potions Teacher? Well, it’s very simple to conflate Aurelia’s intentions, particularly when she’s never clear about them. ever so coy, ever so playful.
