Something that makes me irrationally angry in fiction is when things that don't need to eat do and there's no mention of what the hell comes out when they use the bathroom. If they don't need to eat, are they even digesting the food??? If they don't poop what happens to the food? Does it sit in their stomach? If they keep eating does it all just accumulate? Do they get their energy from somewhere else and CAN use food as a secondary source of energy. But what about beings "without human needs" who explicitly in text don't need to use the bathroom. What happens to the food then? Does it get turned into energy 100% with no waste products??? The conservation of mass and energy are always on my mind.

Game has you walk over to monsters in your area so that Laios and company can defeat them. You walk around collecting ingredients until you get home and cook them up into something.

Meat is collected from monsters who the cast fights for you. While you wait for the cast to defeat it, Senshi encourages you to do some stretches.

Once you've cooked your meal you invite a member of the cast to eat it with you, earning you their affection and giving them a boost when they fight the monsters for you.

It measures everything in steps as opposed to distance so that you could theoretically collect everything pacing around your room, but Professor Senshi encourages you to go outside and get some air.

It's meant to be real hands off so you can focus on actually exercising instead of being a game you constantly interact with during your exercise routine.
