Explanation: bob vesleb wears this mostly when going outside because he likes staying warm daily :>....he has eyes all over him because of eyes i think or something related to that. He has a scar on his face as an x and his pupil as an eye too..the reason he has that is from his past..his parents treated him badly and abused him.. he never went to school because he was home schooled as a child..he had enough from them so he ran away from home at the age of 15..he has eyes and scars all over his body so he covers it up with clothes mostly covering his neck and body expect his hands. His horns are broken because of the mask broken from his parents throwing in the trash..

Explanation 2: so the second one is something he barley wears at home or when no ones around. He wears an outfit with colorful polk-o-dots on his t-shirt with eyes on it with different colors . His pants are colorful and stripped with colored neon pants .. he also wears fingerless gloves on still showing a bit of eyes on his arms.. theres eyes on his gloves stitched on that has to do with eyes ig..
