things left unsaid

I forgot the log in to this blog just like I forgot about the album of photos you sent me. I went through every one. a few times. I smiled, I laughed, and when the amount of right clicks left me at the beginning - I cried. The last time I had the most honest conversation with my SIster she asked me who my most difficult heart break was, and I told her that it was you. Not for all the typical reasons like it was dramatic or that you cheated on me or vice versa or that there was anything actually wrong to that degree. But because out of anyone who said they loved me, you may have been the only person who I genuinely believed that from.  I still remember that day. Going on a walk with you, eating at the Indian place we loved. You got all serious and asked me to look at you. You said, “ I love you”, and I smiled and said I love you too, for a long time now. You called me a punkass, and we broke bread. All the memories we have are filled with love, even our arguments I think. It’s funny how people will fight each other for happiness they’re looking for in each other. When I look at these pictures I think I’m crying out of happiness too. Because it’s apparent to me, how happy I was in every moment with you. no matter what happens, I know this life is still beautiful.
