Disney: ok you can use mickey mouse, but- Nomura: Michael is now a Flawed Warrior King with a reckless past who is not exactly forthcoming wrt to the truth. He makes critical mistakes like leaving people behind in the realm of darkness but also takes the nearest troubled teenagers under his wing at every possible opportunity. He is always trying to make up for how he’s erred but despite keeping a fairly level head is sometimes consumed with thoughts of vengeance when his friends are threatened. xion appreciation week : ii. return

The former Organization XIII’s mysterious fourteenth member. She was an experimental replica used to siphon Sora’s memories out of Roxas, and this allowed her to become a Keyblade wielder. Xion grew to question the meaning of her existence, and ultimately elected to return her memories to Sora and disappear.

Master Xehanort was using Xion to fill a spot in his new Organization XIII, but when she was confronted by her best friends Axel and Roxas, her memories came back to her and she chose to become a guardian of light.

uh holy shit

sora is never bequeathed.

in kh1 he touches rikus heart and gains the use of the keyblade from him as he falls to darkness, and the keyblade “moves down the list”, and his “natural ability” is fostered in the fact ventus is a wielder and inside of soras heart. but otherwise, sora never touches anyones keyblade like that, and doesnt “succeed” anyone, not traditionally. what bequeathing is: a spiritual successor being established through the touch of a keyblade. riku with terra, kairi with aqua. 

sora never experiences this core part of being a traditional keyblade wielder, and its always been a bit weird he wasnt, out of the destiny trio at least

but theres one keyblade sora does touch, in that context. theres one man who spiritually and narratively passes the weight of his journey over onto sora, to carry forward his legacy

xehanort.
