also im just going 2 put it out there for anyone who cares (me) ,

when josuke n yasuho call he immediately tells her what he's doing - aka she didn't know what he was doing. and then he's like what's up because obviously he didn't know what she was doing either

so , they weren't calling solely because they were checking up on each other due 2 their Shady Situations but because they must call each other on a casual basis and are used 2 talking to each other ??????? hewwo. ... .. .

ok im going 2 dump some of those uh , re-occuring thoughts that have , relentlessly , as per usual, tormented me since i had the unfortune of falling victim to jojolion chapter 78 , if u havent read dont look Thanks

yasuho doesn’t .. deliberately go against josuke’s warning, but it is odd that she still goes to investigate the doctor despite his warning .. she’s always had a, like, “eyes and magnifying glass emojis” vibe to me so i feel like this is either just a. of her own Nosy will or b. paisley park may have more influence on her than we Know, its kind of hard to pinpoint how paisley park Works especially due to the fact that she acts ... almost entirely independently (does yasuho even know paisley aided her - or appeared to - when looking up the doctor ??? or is it just like background noise)

we already know josuke’s chase for the ambulance a deadend as far as the rokakaka goes, somehow this doctor and jobins wife thing should lead them to that conclusion right ??? so how? most interesting because previously, tsurugi seemed like what would be the opening for josuke to learn this, especially with how anxious he seemed to be shown when everyone is talking abt what happened

ALSO VERY WEIRD: yasuho starts to realize shes doing what josuke specifically told her not to and gets anxious and wants 2 call him again to tell him whats going on. in this same moment though she entirely changes gears in these really dramatic panels that make her out like some police interrogator as she presses mitsuba abt where the doctor is & what happened to the wheelchair ? what is this sudden resolve ? why was she so intent on figuring it out instead of slamming that call button

it is genuinely so hard to tell is mitsuba is genuinely confused or just that much of a liar. especially when she finally focuses on the missing doctor issue, she seems so ridiculously clueless - “oh so weird theres no windows he could have gone through hm”

i totally DID NOT realize it was mitsuba who kidnaps yasuho. i realize that makes sense but i uh .... hm

speaking of this, there’s a closeup panel of mitsubas hands ... and they’re drawn very thicc n stubbly and on the verge of inhuman. curious!

oh yeah so also this entire doctor thing feels very cinderella-ish-vibe-y from part 4? right ?
