i’m sorry but i simply can’t let the film bros have al pacino. they can’t understand him in the way i do. they watch scarface once and think he’s the baddest bitch alive but they don’t know the impact of the single tear streaming down his face as he screams “you’re out of order! you’re out of order! this whole trial is out of order!” in the opening statement scene of …and justice for all. nor do they understand what it’s like to see him cry over the lack of humanity and understanding his fellow humans have for their other fellow humans, summed up all too well in the sentence, “they’re just people, they’re just people.” that’s what makes him the baddest bitch alive. not his “say hello to my little friend.”
