I Dreamed I Saw Dwight Eisenhower (or, How Come There’s Never an Old Weird American Around When You Need One?)
Come out, ye gifted kings and queens And hear my sad complaint No martyr is among ye now Whom you can call your own – R. Zimmerman
Wub-Fur once again finds it needful to apologize for an overlong absence from the Internet airwaves and offer in recompense (as is our wont) another eclectic mix of contemporary indie rock and such. We recently awoke, as one does, from a recurring prophetic fever dream of a nation teetering on the edge of the fascist abyss and rushed to our virtual turntable to assuage our bewilderment and dismay by finding some excellent new tunes to share with you all. Featuring magical, melodious, and magnificent musical outpourings from Allah-Las, the Softies, Rain Parade, Beach Fossils, Woods, the No Ones, Pink Mountaintops, and 11 more of our favorite artists of 2023.
Nb. We didn’t really like Ike all that much, but he was a freakin’ saint compared to the authoritarian conman the Grand Old Party threatens to return to the White House next year. If you are an American citizen, please act (and vote!) accordingly.

Woke Mind Virus Music
Wub-Fur presents another of our trademark eclectic mixes of punk gunk, garage rock, psych, and other wild shit genetically engineered to get inside your head and make you hipper, happier, and — dare we say it? — more woke. Seventeen songs specially formulated and leaked from our secret underground rock music lab to help transform the earth into a planet of liberty, equality, fraternity, freedom, peace, plenty, justice, and joy for all peoples. Featuring the viral garage-rocking talents of Jon Spencer & the HITmakers, Bass Drum of Death, Wild Billy Childish & CTMF, Crocodiles, Mudhoney, and a dozen more bands of brave and bold culture warriors.
Dedicated, without apology, to all the woke dudes who used to be in Pere Ubu.

I Am Not a Robot ✅
… a diverse and engaging mix that showcases some of the best music in the psychedelic, garage, punk, and indie rock genres. Tune in, turn up the volume, and enjoy the ride. – ChatGPT
We’ve all checked the box — dozens, hundreds, maybe even thousands of times — but how often have we stopped to think about how it makes the robots feel? Wub-Fur presents an eclectic, electric, organic, and cybernetic mix of new psychedelic, garage, punk, and indie rock tunes for the enjoyment of all peoples - meat and metal. Featuring contributions from Frankie and the Witch Fingers, R. Ring, Purling Hiss, Carlton Melton, Dead Sea Apes, and 13 other bands who (as far as we know) are not robots.
