“Fulminate is 9 letters so I took ever 9th word in the screenshot related to the definition and origin. Then I took all the numbers from the date and omitted the zeros which gave me 59218. So I cycled through the list of words using those numbers and removed each word after it was used. So the 5th word in the list was “salt”, the 9th word on the list was after removing salt was “lightning.” “flash” was the 2nd word after lightning was removed and “17th” was  the 1st on the list and then “fulminare” was the 8th. I repeated the date until all the words were gone. Which gave me the following: salt lightning flash fulminated 17th fulminare english as the fulmin develop said Then some flare…
The salt lightning flashed, Fulimated the 17th, Fulminare! English as the fulmin, Who developed and said Fulminare!
