Hi, Dad!! Things are good. Mishelam is wonderful and I bought all the souvenirs :) But I'm okay. Promise. Edward hasn't mentioned the war....Yet. But I also know he's got something do with the Governor General in a day or so, so I'll be on my way home tomorrow evening, I think.

...Whatever that he has to do has to do with the Wetlands, btw. Not sure what.

He's more likely to come home and tell us Mishy should rule the whole continent before saying we need to go to war. ...Satoshi is going to be okay. Picking up his phone, he stared at the message. And chuckled. Heh... Typical, Ryuko. Putting it down, he then put his textbook down and got up. And stretched. Padding over to the front door, he opened it before grinning. Ah.

"Hey. Sorry Mother isn't here. She...Went out."

For once.

"So it's just me and Soroi."

Motioning for Ryuko inside, Satoshi then made his way back to the living room. Even with visitors, the studying never stopped.

"She should be back home in a few hours. Whatchu got in the bag?"

Then again she could just drop by somewhere and get them potato chips after his dinner. And prolly a small something for herself. Throws over her hoodie on her shoulders, Ryuko stepped out and straight to get chips and...things for her.

It didn't take her long to reach the house (even within speed limits but shh), and by then she just dropped a waving emoji on Satoshi as she parked herself outside.
