Here's the scientific formula to work out how many calories you burned while exercising:
Duration of the exercise (minutes) ×MET of the activity×your weight (kg) ×3.5
Then you divide the answer of the above calculations by 200
The MET is the metabolic equivalent of the exercise you're doing, so Google the METs of the exercise you're doing and sub the number into the formula
Here's an example of an hour of intense boxing:
60×7.8×53.3×3.5= 87 305,4
87 305,4 ÷ 200= 436 calories burned
Here's a link to a website that lists the METs of different activities:

I just made the weirdest egg bread shit (it’s called Cloud Bread)
youtube
So it’s not bad! Reminds me of a flatbread but not a flatbread if that makes sense? Like a flatbread omelette hybrid. I followed his recipe exactly - make sure to put your eggs out to sit at least an hour before you make this or your peaks won’t stiffen. I baked them for exactly 12 minutes.

Made six total - I dressed mine up a bit with Japanese mayo, garlic, and everything bagel seasoning. Tomorrow I’m going to eat the rest with spinach and vegan feta.
Stats:
135 cal total, 22.5 cal each | 15 g protein | 1 g carb

what you'll have:
- a petite body - boney fingers - amazing collarbones - thigh gap - flat stomach - visible ribs - smaller clothing sizes are you really gonna throw all that away for something as temporary as food ?
