How big do you normally make your canvas for your drawings?

I start off with 3000x4000 px at 300dpi and crop off whatever I don’t need as I go. :)

do you mind sharing what you use to shade your art? it’s so subtle and nice and soft

I don’t mind at all since it isn’t mine to begin with lol! I came across this youtuber’s video and I really liked how soft the brush was as well so I gave it a try: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fs9QoHKswAE&t=20s  The link/instructions are in the vid’s description. :)

Thanks anon!! If you have a DS I’d suggest trying out FE Awakening, I’ve heard a lot of good reviews about it so I think it’d be a great starter into the series. :)
