This is really a love song written to the Fisher Space Pen, who was wrongfully slandered by Aaron Sorkin. I may be incredibly pro-West Wing, but that won't stop me from speaking my mind when an injustice has been committed.

Blogging The West Wing, S3e19-The Black Vera Wang. In this post, I explore "The Art of War," eating Moose (Meese?) and whether or not The West Wing and Westworld exist in the same universe. #HoganIsAHost

Way to subvert the 4th Amendment in order to find out who is participating in the 1st Amendment...
From S1e9- The Short List:
TOBY Judge, without knowing details of special circumstance, what would you say of someone being fired from refusing to take a drug test at the order of the president?
MENDOZA Without details of special circumstances?
TOBY Yes sir.
MENDOZA Without showing cause, I would say that the order constitutes an illegal search, and I would order that the employee be reinstated.

A very IMDB-centric blog post... I’m still wondering if anyone gets to work with female co-stars besides Toby?

Blogging the West Wing-S3e17-Stirred.  I managed to make it almost the entire blog post without mentioning President Bawbag... shoot, I did it again.  Honestly, though- I did take a break from pointing out the terrifying parallels to today’s world in this episode, and stuck to lighter fare.  We all need a laugh every now and then.

Wait, does *rump get to pick the Poet Laureate?  It’s totally going to be Gary Busey...  Good heavens.

Blogging The West Wing S3e10-H.Con-172. Apologies and admissions of guilt- although to be more specific, the lack of them. In light of recent DNC email revelations, should I be concerned that my previous post (with fake Trump Tweets has been accessed 37 times by readers in Russia? http://westwingingit.blogspot.com/2016/07/s3e10-hcon-172-everyones-to-blame-so-no.html

Blogging the West Wing- S3e9- A Special GOP Convention-themed (and yes, heavily satirical) blog post.   If anything is funny, it was probably written for Melania.

C.J. makes you feel all of the feels.  Sam tries to make us all wear seatbelts.  Josh’s never ending stream of romantic interests continues along, while Charlie just tries to pass his test.

Examining the NEA budget compared to other countries (while considering becoming Australian), comparing to the current Military Band dustup, and pointing out a somewhat rare missed opportunity by Aaron Sorkin.

The timeliness of an episode of The West Wing is sometimes terrible and disheartening.
We all need to be a part of the solution, not the scenery.
