Do your customers go to the right vehicle for specific illnesses? Mine always go to the first one no matter how much I upgrade the others and then they don't get cured so I have to rehospitalize them 6-7 times.
Sorry that I only just now saw this.
I've always had this trouble to some extent, though I haven't opened the game anytime recently to confirm my save file's still doing it.
I remember there was a point where everyone would go wait in inordinate truck lines for a specific ailment when there was one customer in line for the "heals everything" truck. Does it have anything to do with how much the customer'd have to theoretically pay for treatment? Who knows.
I'd say maybe it's that the customers can't figure out for themselves what's wrong with their health, so they go to the "professional" they think will be most likely to help, but I don't think they've got enough AI behavior programmed into them for that.
...Wait, I think it has something to do with how likely the treatment is to stick. The lower the odds of effective treatment, the less likely the customer will seek it. I distinctly remember when the trucks first rolled out (lol) that the mechanics were explained that the “heals everything” truck can theoretically heal any ailment, but that the treatment might not work. All the trucks have this probability programmed in, but the “heals everything” truck is the lowest.
I don’t remember a hospital, though. They’ve no doubt added more map locations and mechanics since I last played. [Edit: Oh. I didn’t realize the “heals everything” truck is called the hospital. My memory is awful. rip]
