Just discovered that using the Sims Mods Updater by Joch on ModTheSims allows you to download TSR items directly via his mod updater without having to go through the TSR website and waiting those 15 seconds. You can also dl multiple at a time.

It would be SO TERRIBLE if people knew about this and used the SIMS MODS UPDATER by JOCH on MODTHESIMS to bypass that timer and dl limit 😔

That's SO WEIRD. Why would ANYONE use the SIMS MODS UPDATER by JOCH on MODTHESIMS dot com to bypass the timer and dl limit on TSR?? That's insane! Get off my blog! 🤬

Update to 3.0.0

I have completed all the exams and am ready to present the new version! The list of changes is quite impressive.

The new version of PleasantUI 2.0, a completely redesigned Windows 11-style interface. You have to try it out!

Now you can clear the cache with a separate button, before you had to select save

If you hover your cursor over the checkbox in the cleaning options, you can see images showing that the program will clean

A question and answer section has been added - the most basic questions are collected here. This section is likely to be expanded

Added settings for greater customization of your application

Forbidden list - you can select only the most important images that you don’t want to clear.

Reimagined theme creation system - already created themes are not supported in the new version

Slightly reduced program weight

If your family has a description, the program could not determine the current saved portrait. This has now been fixed and the program should detect the portrait 99.9% of the time.

Added a separate button to update the list of saves

Added missing types for cleaning

Added settings to clear the cache, some of them are not selected by default

A known problem: In version net461 an error is displayed when closing the program. This has no effect and your settings will be saved.

4t2 @miikocc Cloud Dress! ☁️(100+ followers gift)

Finally after a looong time I was able to convert this dress that I fell in love with ❤️ The original creator of this dress is the lovely Miiko, I used all of the original swatches of the dress wich you can look here at her original post (and get it for your Sims 4 to if you don’t have it 😉).

I used @serabiet Bunhead's edited heels from this post, so thank you to Sera for the heels ❤️ (took a while to find the perfect ones for this dress).

Also I’m using Reshade Falkii preset so the colors look a bit more poped up on the photo, so check the miikos post to get a more accurate view of the colors.

liddy i got tired of the basegame acne being just so weird and like. idk. i dont like it, so i did what i do and defaulted it. it’s like a kind of conversion, but it’s not? i converted the acne skin detail from ts4 parenthood. it’s just the texture and it doesn’t actually have a mesh. no idea if this has been done before. ofc the name is inspired by time to pretend by mgmt, love them. resources under the cut :) dl: sfs | mf tou - don’t claim my cc as your own - don’t put my cc on sites like simsdom - don’t put my cc behind a paywall, my cc is free to all - follow the original creators’ tou(s)

Hi! It's actually literally just a WSO action with some very small adjustments, so it's information pieced together from a few different tutorials I've already made, but I could try to do a little tutorial on JUST gender-converting (& subsequently converting to Androgyny & Trans shapes) with the next piece I'm working on for my set.

SummerChoi's SaurusAlmondSkirtBuckleBoots Age Conversions

@summer-choi-simblr made this skirt for AF, and I wanted to help out by doing the age conversions for it!

I made it for child, teen, and elder. It comes in the same 16 colors as the adult one, and because 48 files is a lot and I was feeling lazy it is repo only so you WILL need to get the adult files. So go do that here!

Compressorized, everything has morphs, and shows up in Everyday and Outerwear.

Thank @moyokeansimblr for the impulse to kickstart my simblr from its stasis :D I keep working on some CC in the background, but rarely get to actually preview and release it. Rest assured I’m not dead and do not plan on retiring tho!

Today I bring you a fake conversion of @saurusness lovely Almond Skirt from the Nuts set! Fake because I don’t have the skills for a full-swing mesh conversion yet, so what I did instead was chop @platinumaspiration Cottage Living Core tiered skirt, attach @julietoon-ts2 Boots Buckle to it and slap on some of the lovely original tartans, spiced up with an edit of @mooglesims bear tights. I think the result turned out quite nice! Shoe choice inspired by one of the Saurus’ original TS4 previews with the very same booties.

Fetch Water 4.0

In essence, the Fetch Water set has not been revamped much in terms of look or even function. A variety of wells and natural resources act as places for sims to gather buckets of water or drinking water. Most improvements are Quality of Life in code, or some added complexity and function. These new functions are also user tunable via BCON so that timing and stuff can be changed to what is desire. All this information can be found in the corresponding manual. Please see blow the cut for a list up improvements.

Homework Default Replacements

Something different today! I've had default replacements for the teen&YA homework for some time, but I was never able to find ones for the children homework that I liked, so I decided to make my own! But while I was making them I liked them so much that I decided to make teen&YA ones too! Bonus! ✨

The top four are the children defaults, images from freepik. The bottom four are the teen, images from @sim-saurus. I made tiny edits to change any English text to Simlish. The blue teen one also replaces the YA one, which is why it's pretty non-descript in terms of what subject the homework could be for. I also did the writing on the insides. The child one says "My favorite thing about this subject is that today I learned how to" and the teen one I went into a whole lil essay about how much fun I was having creating these and how my cat was making me very warm. I then put a page break and had a teacher take 2 points off the top section because my essay wasn't academic enough 😂 which is something I got told all throughout college

Files are compressorized, and remember to remove any other homework defaults you may have before using these. I made them as separate packages in case you wanted to use the child but not the teen or viceversa, or to mix n match with another default.

Hiya guys, I’ve put together another creation! It’s a series of sorts, with a set of shirts, pants, and hairs! This’ll be a long one :P

First up is shirts, 6 My Chemical Romance shirts in simlish! I referenced actual MCR merchandise, using my handwritten MCR logo and simlish fonts by SIMale and Ajay. All the shirts are for both genders, so in total there’s 12, but 6 original designs. The mesh is Trapping’s separated Fanseelamb pajama shirt, which is INCLUDED! For the life of me I could not find a source for the female version of that mesh. Regardless, it’s included in the zip folder.

There’s an additional simlish shirt that says “Mikey Fuckin Way,” you can get that on this post!

Secondly, I have 8 hairstyles using some old scene/emo hair meshes from back-in-the-day. There’s Newsea Holic (male and female), MYOS 18 (with two different alphas), XMSims Flora 76, XMSims Flora 87, and Peggy Donate Hair 060416. I binned the black hairs, but the pink and green are customs. All meshes are INCLUDED!

Finally, the last thing I have is two pairs of neon skinny jeans, the ultimate scene fashion statement. The green ones are for female sims, on Sanneke94′s mesh. The red ones are for males, using a mesh by Yuxi with Misomoso’s texture. MESHES INCLUDED!
