Asriel has a pretty well-built body, can I say... He looks very beautiful from the back! He working out to keep himself in shape, carry Frisk in his arms and protect Marche from offenders, right?

After all the training sessions with Undyne and Asgore he started to be more muscular (not much as his father, but still). He’s a boss monster so it’s easier for him :P

To build on the last ask I feel like Toriel would first be shocked but then realize how good it was for the two of them: "Well Frisk...you certainly know how to pick them." "Mom!" "I'm sorry. I mean you are the prince of all monsters and someone that most people find handsome."

I agree! As a mom Toriel would worry about their safety and the consequences behind it. Took some time for her to understand, more than Asgore.

After awhile yes thanks to Alphys but for awhile she basically looked like the Frisk from the two day dreamers ask blog if you ever read that. Also she still had the regular pregnancy effects to deals with too.

Commenting on your ideas of human and monster pregnancy. I was kind of boring and just had it where they could reproduce the average human way because Asriel was a boss monster. But the actual pregnancy was something I had some interesting ideas with. During the actual pregnancy since there was a hybrid growing inside her Frisk had some side effects. Like monster magic infected their soul so they started to grow monster fur until eventually she wakes up one day covered in the same fur as Asriel.

Omg!! No morning sickness, only morning furriness. Did the fur eventually regress?

I always wondered how the World Between Humans and Monsters (aka Marche) was born? How would human-monster pregnancy even work? Did Frisk have the same symptoms of an average pregnant woman with a non-hybrid baby? And how did Frisk look? How did the future daddy behave?

Very good questions!

Conceiving a hybrid child is something that only may happen over specific conditions. Monsters’ reproduction systems are based on magic exchange through partners (regardless of genre) when... mating lol. Humans aren’t capable to have this amount of magic to trade, but their souls DO have some energy inside that fills the gap. 

Asriel is a boss monster and Frisk has a lot of Determination inside them, we can expect something very intense coming from it and that’s Marche! Her body has normal human functions but her soul is from a monster. 

Ever since they got married the idea came up and they kept trying for some years (yes, years!) but nothing happened, even Alphys tried to help, studying human and monster geneticism. Just when they almost gave up, Frisk’s determination was fueled and things started to happen. 

The pregnancy took nine months exactly and everybody welcomed her as a signal of hope for both monsters and humans. 

Well, about Asriel… he cried A LOT (lmao). At the beginning, parenthood terrified his entire body, but after meeting the baby something inside snapped, the urge to protect and care for his only daughter.
