I feel like Franky would have Magnezone (for beams), Gurdurr, and Ludicolo

Robin has to have Hariyama, Gengar, and Absol

Chopper definitely has a Happiny, Wooloo, and maybe Zorua

I think Zoro might have a Gallade, Kartana, and a Doublade.

Jinbe has Quaquaval, Drampa, and maybe an Urshifu

Nami would have a Castform, a Hisuian Zoroark, and a Pelipper

Sanji has a Morpeko, a Blaziken, and a Tsareena.

Usopp would have a Palafin that almost never changes to hero form, a Mimikyu, and a Breloom.

Brook would have a Chatot (obviously), a Spiritomb, and maybe a Sirfetchd

And Luffy is pretty hard. I feel like he'd just have whatever he thought was cool, but maybe a Wailord for the funnies. Lucario kind of has a whole observation haki thing going on, so maybe that.
