Had a kind of lucid dream last night lmao
I was having breakfast with Keanu Reeves and my childhood boyfriends family and then i was like āwait why the fuck am i having breakfast with him? Isnāt he an actor?ā
So i did a reality check, the one where you count your fingers but i counted only five and i counted multiple times and completely forgot all the other reality checks
So i just accepted that i was having breakfast with Reeves and went with it like i had shifted lmao

I always try to remind myself that my journey is different from everyone elseās, and that not everything that works for other will for me too. And i can get sooo frustrated i sometimes start crying but itās ok. Itās ok because the universe works in my favor and i just need to remind myself of that.
Itās ok to be frustrated and itās ok to be angry. I just need to stay persistent. I mean, Iāve already come so far. I canāt stop now can i?
A baby doesnāt stop trying to walk or stop trying to speak just cus it doesnāt get it right away does it?
And i know people say that shifting isnāt a skill and it isnāt just luck because itās nothing special and everyone can do it. But first you have to figure out what it is and how it works. So for me i look at it like a skill to master.
A skill that still doesnāt make me better than anyone else, just a skill that helps me on my journey.
Sorry for the rant just needed to get it out.

Shifting has helped me so fucking much.
Like, i got a MUCH better sleep schedule, i stopped drinking as much, cus i canāt seem to dream while i drink, Iāve stopped doing drugsā¦ cus i canāt seem to get lucid when i fall asleep high.
I mean i know now that the second i found out about shifting i shifted to a better dr. Not better as in Iām prettier or have more money or anything like that.
I mean better as in happier. I finally have a little hope thatās thereās more out there. More to explore, more to seeā¦ i canāt die when i havenāt experienced even a fraction of life.

Yooo im pretty sure i minishifted!! I know that minishifts is still shifting or whatever but i did it!!!
I felt myself being gently rocked back forth as if it was on a boat and i heard some creaking noises.
I work on a ship, though i am home. And all i did was thinking about sailing before i went to sleep.
I donāt know if itās was my tired brain playing tricks on me or what but i truly felt like i was on a ship and that i had to start my day and it all felt so normal but then right before i opened my eyes i thought āno wait, Iām at home in bedā
So i think i ruined it for myself but this is still so fun!!!

All i did was listen to this a couple of times with lucid dreaming in the back of my head while doing other stuff btw
This is the 4th day in a row that Iāve lucid dreamt baby
And Iām so fucking happy, Iāve been trying for soon to be a whole fucking year, and now Iāve done it way more that 4 times in a row? (Since i sometimes take a nap during the day)
And the first one i melted metal just to see if I was dreaming or not cus it felt so real. The second time i canāt remember, but then i started like airbending in my third. And it felt so natural. Every time ive tried to do do literally anything in a LD, Iāve just woken up straight away, but now i was throwing people around too. It was so exciting!!
And the best part is i think, or Iām pretty sure i entered the void by running into a wall in one of my sorts LDās. But i didnāt manifest. But tonightās the night i will FINALLY get into the void and get my dream life. I just know it.
Ahhh Iām so happy

YALL I ALMOST ACTUALLY ENTERED THE VOID LIKE TWICE YESTERDAY!!
First I fell asleep on my couch while watching divergent. And you know that scene where sheās inside Fours head with his fears or whatever and she say is they can just jump cus itās not real?
Well, I dreamt I was up on a high place and i lost balance and in that moment i became lucid so i just let myself fall and i closed my eyes and entered that state right before the void. Where youāre not completely disconnected from your body, but you still donāt feel it fully and itās like youāre floating? Aahhhhh i was so happy but then i woke up:(
And then when i went to bed that night i had a dream where everything felt so extremely fucking real that even after i did reality checks i was still not sure, so i decided to try and melt some iron cus if itās a dream then i can do that. And i did. So i decided to just run into a wall like in Harry Potter and i entered that same state. I think. Iām not entirely sure, but i didnāt affirm for anything specificā¦
But this is a fucking win in my book:))

GUYS I JUST FIGURED OUT INTENTION. LIKE ACTUALLY.
Every time I've tried to set intention, it's always been a "failure." It's super annoying, but I was like "what am I doing wrong?
I KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG.
Every time I've tried to shift, it's always been without actual intention. I was repeating words, but not their meanings.
What is shifting to you?
It doesn't matter why your shifting, but the emotions and thought process does. When you wake up in your DR, what will you feel? Not physically, but emotionally.
THAT IS WHAT GIVES YOUR INTENTION, YOUR WILL TO SHIFT. THAT ALONE CAN, AND WILL SHIFT YOU.
To set intention, you feel the weight of your words. Ask yourself, what do you emotionally feel about shifting? That emotion you feel, right now, in that universe, is enough to shift you. When you lay down, and close your eyes, no matter the method, when you shift, you have to think about the emotional impact you'll have waking up on your DR bed or area. Think about the feeling of your environment. How happy you'll be to feel that one thing there. And once you feel that happiness, that excitement, affirm. "I am shifting." Or, if it pleases you, say "i have already shifted." And you wanna know why that shifts you? Because your emotions are your intentions.
THIS CAN BE SAID ABOUT LITERALLY ANYTHING. TO MY CLUELESS INTENTION SHIFTERS/MANIFESTORS/LOA, KNOW YOUR INTENTION IS JUST YOUR EMOTIONS PUT INTO PRESENT TENSE.

someone probably already came up with something like this + sorry but sometimes i hear something and totally forget about it so i think i came up with it, so if you know someone already made this let me know and iāll credit them!

the goal is to make your mind used to shifting and let it sink that you can do it.
what youāre gonna do is make simple actions, but youāre gonna put your shifting intention beforehand.
example: you take a glass of water and say āiām gonna shift into a reality where I drink this glass of waterā and then youāre gonna drink it.
this will make your mind acknowledge that shifting is easy and itās just an intention like everything else. simply an action that you decide to do.
this is so easy so i highly suggest you try this, it takes nothing and i think it will help so much (of course youāre free to not do this lmao, this was just my advice).
