Micro cultivation License – Micro cultivation license limits canopy size to 200 square meter only and that is too including all chair , table , recks etc. micro cultivation could be for wholesaler , business to business and also for personal use as well. Since the canopy size is limited and as set by health Canada so security cost is also low.

Nursery license – Nursery license is also have only 50 square meter of authorization to grow cannabis , so nursery license mostly used to individual grow who often prescribed by doctors. Still you can donate, show, export, sell, and give cannabis that is too authorized by health Canada to do cannabis dealings however only for medical purposes.

There are many other kind of licenses – license for research purposes , license for cannabis analytical testing both are aimed to change physical and chemical properties of cannabis so that cannabis could benefits us and to remove the addiction properties so that in future more diseases would be cured and drug addiction due to cannabis could also be reduced .

There are also license for sale for medical purpose only which does not featured with cannabis grow but featured with cannabis sale and resale. Please note that all standard license, micro license and nursery license holders too need sale for medical purpose license in order to sale cannabis to market or company or individual or businesses within the health Canada cannabis criteria.

There are only license for edibles which facilitates to make new products like - Cookies , Brownies , Chocolates , Gummy , hard candies , Pizza , Chips , Nuts , trail mixes , Ice cream , Sodas , Dessert balls , Sauces, dressings, condiments , Coffees , teas , Energy drinks etc from cannabis for those who asked to consume cannabis for medical purposes not directly.

Apart than the license the other important thing and most important thing probably to deal with is the security requirements in your cannabis grow farm as well as cannabis sale/ research firm. The security guided by CONTROLLED DRUG AND SUBSTANCES ACT, NARCOTIC CONTROLLED REGULATIONS and THE CANNABIS ACT. All these primarily aimed to wrong access, misuse of cannabis.
