Love of my life chapter 6

Now at 11 months old, your daughter was getting so big, even standing with the assistance of something.  She's like Eddie's twin. You had a routine now. You worked Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and sundays, and Eddie picked up work the same days.

Everything was perfect.

7am: you're alarm goes off, Eddie rolls on top of you, still half asleep " ugh baby, 5 more minutes." He groaned and buried his face in the crook of your neck. "Mm Ed's you say 5 more minutes, and that 5 turns Into another 5, and another,  and you're late for work.' You said giggling tiredly. " besides, our girl is up." And every morning, that was enough to get him out of bed.

Just like every morning, there she was, using the bars of her crib to hold herself up. The first few weeks with Eddie were rough, she was so used to the same thing every morning. But now everything is better. They can't get enough of each other.  Today is no different from every morning. She stands, waiting for him, he comes in with the biggest smile " there's my little ladybug!" He smiled and scooped her up, kissing all over her face. She squealed and giggled her little head off. "Goodmoring princess, did you have a good rest? Huh?" He cooed and kissed her head. She balled up her fists and rubbed her eyes, letting out a yawn as she leaned into her dad's chest. "Let's get you dressed huh?" He smiled.

8 am: when you finished getting dressed for work, you head down to make breakfast. Eddie worked at a tattoo studio down the street from your house so he didn't have a uniform or anything, so he strolled down in some black ripped jeans and a Ratt tee. you worked at the doctors office as a pediatric nurses assistant, so you had on skme lavender colored scrubs. Your heart melted when you saw Amelia in his arms wearing a pink polka-dot dress with a black diaper cover, and about the works biggest how. You giggled softly when she gave you a huge toothy grin. " there's my baby, you look so cute today!" You said kissing her chubby cheeks. Eddie gave a fake pout and bounced her. " I used to get greeted like that believe it or not." He joked. You laughed and pressed a kiss to his lips. " you look very handsome Eds." You smiled. " thank you, and you look beautiful as always." He smiled and went in for another kiss when Amelia squealed and shoved her face inbetween the two of you, earning her two kisses.

9 am: after breakfast you both load up the car, getting Amelia in her carseat, Eddie giving her, her favorite stuffed bunny Wayne had given her. Wayne had been given a huge sum of money after the trailer was destroyed, and so he finally retired and lived off his retirement and the amount of money he was given, so he agreed to watch his grand baby any time you guys needed, and man she loved her pop pop.  He had also been given a small 2 bedroom house in the end, so he had space, and even had a room for Amelia on nights he used to watch her overnight. Eddie pulled in to the driveway and you both got out, you had a little Tupperware bowl with some breakfast you had made for him, and Amelia's daytime bag with everything she needed. Eddie got her out of her carseat and smiled as she leaned into his chest immediately as he carried her to the door. Before you even had the chance to ring the doorbell, Wayne had opened the dokr, smiling as the people infront of him. " well goodmorning. How's my babygirl doin this morning?" He asked scooping her up and placing a kiss on her head. " bet she missed her pop pop huh?" He chuckled. Eddie smiled " she's had a good morning, definitely energetic this morning." You smiled and spoke up" I brought you some breakfast." You said with a smile as he let the pair of you inside. Wayne smiled "well thank ya darlin, I appreciate that." He gave you a small hug.

When you headed out, Eddie dropped you at Hawkins doctors offices and the two of you parted with a kiss.

4pm: Eddie got off work at 3:45, he had a very productive day and he was ready to see you.  You came out of work at 4:05, ready to get home to your baby. You smiled when you saw the car parked right up front. When the pair of you drove to Wayne's, it was cute how excited Eddie was every day to get her. You smiled brightly as you saw Wayne in the garden( he had taken up gardening to keep himself busy) with a very happy Amelia next to him chewing on a slice of peach he had cut up for her. When Eddie got out of the car, his facial expressing changed from excited to shocked when he heard Amelia.  Amelia saw her dad step out of the car and she squealed happily and clapped her sticky hands. " dadaaaaa!!" You gasped and smiled wide. " oh my god- yeah baby, that's dada!" You smiled excitedly.  Eddie was absolutely shocked , but after his 5 seconds of being frozen the hugest smile broke across his face. " hey there ladybug!" He scooped her up and kissed her cheeks, which were pretty sticky from the peach. Amelia smiled wide and had part of the peach in her hand which she practically shoved into Eddie's mouth, he was always feeding her pieces of fruit so she had probably picked up on her dad's actions. Eddie made a face as he ate the peach, and looked at Wayne. " wow uncle Wayne, I think those are some of the sweetest ones yet." He grinned. Wayne smiled and stood up"oh don't I don't. Little miss helped me pick the best ones from the tree today, got you guys a basket with some good ones." You smile " oh thanks Wayne, I know she will definitely love those, she devoured the last ones you sent us with." You said with a soft giggled. Wayne smiled " yeah she's been munching on those slices I cut up for her." Eddie smiled " she didn't give you any issues today did she?" Wayne chuckled " never."

9:30 pm: after good bubble bath for Amelia around 6, dinner at 7, and showers for you and Eddie, it was time for bed. You change Amelia into some ladybug footie pajamas and brushed her soft hair, she was fighting sleep. Her eyes lit up when Eddie walked in the room. Eddie smiled as he entered her nursery " hey there's my ladybug." He smiled softly, fresh out of the shower. He wore some black sweatpants and opted for no shirt, his hair slightly damp. Amelia reached for him,babbling softly as she made grabby hands. Eddie scooped her up and smiled " hey there beautiful girl." He smiled. You smiled and watched from the doorway as he sat in the rocking chair in the corner of her room and held her to his chest. Softly rocking in the chair, he kissed her head gently and watched as she started falling asleep, but not before cooing" daa, daadaaa." She cooed tiredly. Eddie kissed her head softly. " daddy's here babygirl, you can go to sleep. Daddy's got you and he will always be here to protect you." He kissed her head gently and whisper " goodnight my little ladybug."

Ever since the day he met your girl, Eddie was never the same again. It amazed you how great he was with her, and how much she adored him.

It was rough at first, having her break from her routine now that he lived with the two of you, but it was an adjustment you all worked on together.

It was hard explaining a cover story to prove he was really innocent, nobody could ever know what really happened. Everyone knew of what happened to Jason, and it was Steve's idea, to tell everyone Jason went out of control and he was the one responsible for chrissys death, wnd couldn't cope with what he did, and spiraled out, attacked Lucas before the events after. And surprisingly, everyone believed it. It meant alot to finally have his name cleared.

The hardest part was trying to find a way to explain to everyone who thought he was dead, that he was alive. So you did what you should have done from the beginning, you told the truth.  The only people who knew of his death were the hellfire guys, and the party's parents, you told the parents that was the safest thing for eddie until his name was cleared, and you told his friends the truth. You didn't sugar coat anything, and they took it very well, just haply to have their friend back. They had all become uncles to Amelia, and she grew to love them all.

You woke one morning to start your new routine.  You sat up, before being dragged back down my Eddie. He groaned tiredly" 5 more minutes.' He mumbled sleepily. " babe it's already 9." You giggled softly. Every morning was like this now, and you wouldn't have it any other way. You were about to agree until you heard babbling coming from your daughters nursery . "I'll get her." He said eagerly, jumping out of bed and running to the nursery, coming back with you're happy girl. She gave you a big toothy grin, now having 2 on the top row. "Goodmoring my sweet girl ' you kissed her cheek. She squealed and kicked her chubby little legs. " ready for today little flower girl?" Eddie asked in a cutesy baby voice. Ah yes, your wedding. Now, like everything in Hawkins, it would be a bit different, not a big wedding.  You planned a small get together in a beautiful outside area in the middle of town, and then a small after party at your home.

"You're gonna look so cute in your little dress aren't you sweetie?" He asked, kissing her cheeks. She cooed and looked up her dad with a wide smile. " what time do we have to be there again?" He asked, bouncing Amelia in his arms,  causing her to coo " 11. So we have like a hour and a half to get ready, then we will leave at 10:30 to head there." You said smiling. "And are you sure you don't want me to wear a tux? I will if you want me to." He said smiling. You smiled "I want you to wear what you want. I'm not wearing a big fancy dress, it's just a quick ceremony and then we have the party, so we should be comfy." You said kissing his cheek.

You both decided to dress your style, so he wore black jeans, black boots, a long-sleeved led zeppelin shirt, and his vest. You wore shorts, a Metallica t shirt, and a red leather jacket, and high heeled black boots.

Although you wore that same outfit every other week in school, it was the first he'd seen since he'd been back, so when you walked down his jaw dropped. You blushed as he stood at the end of the hall with wide eyes and a open mouth." You look... wow.." you giggled "thank you, you look very wow too" you smiled and kissed him softly, which he returned. "She ready?' You asked as you saw Amelia in her stroller. Eddie picked her out the cutest outfit which had a matching diaper cover. It was a pink flowery dress with matching pink bows, as he did her hair in little curly pigtails. "Oh she is adorable!" You got out your camera and snapped a few pictures.

*because I'm not about to type out the whole ceremony, skip to the end*

Steve was thrilled when you and Eddie asked him to be the one to marry you both. He finished and let you guys go in with vows " you may now kiss the bride.' He smiled and everyone cheered, you laughing as Eddie picked you up, your legs around his waist as he kissed you. "Ready to go party Mrs munson?" Mrs munson.. it had such a ring to it. "Let's do it Mr munson." You said before kissing him again. He set you down "alright everyone, party at the munson house !"

*Eddie's pov*

I gasp as my eyes shot open, my body aching.  The memory of what happened ran through my head, but it was all alittle fuzzy. I remembered y/n holding me and crying.. I remember her telling me about the baby, wait! The baby!

I got up as fast I could and looked around. Where was everyone ?? It felt as of I just closed my eyes for a minute, but everyone was gone now. I need to get out of here.

*y/ns pov*

It's now been a year and a half. The our beautiful baby girl was now about 9 months old and she was perfect. She didn't fussy a whole lot, and loved babbling. And she looked just like Eddie, she has his eyes, and his frizzy hair.

It's been a Rollercoaster. The first few days with her were crazy. I barely slept, but Steve and Dustin came over every few hours to help with her The best they could. They come over just about every day, and Amelia adored them both, especially Dustin. She couldn't speak yet, but she definitely made lots of noise, and loved being outside and around animals. She was very gentle. She was perfect.

There wasn't anything we had planned for the day, so as it was a beautiful day, I was gonna take her to the park. That was until I saw him.

I took Amelia a bath last night so I wasn't going to bathe her again just for her to get dirty at the park. I got her changed I to a new diaper, and a cute outfit Mrs wheeler bought for her, which was cute white and yellow dress with a diaper cover.



I put her frizzy hair into 2 little pigtails which were small and stuck straight up, and I put 2 little matching bows on each pigtail.

She sat still as I did so, every so often looking around. I carried her down to the kitchen, while I made myself a cup of coffee in my little Mason jar with a lid and straw, that was about the perfect serving to get the morning going. I knew she would be getting fussy when she got hungry so I pre made her a bottle, as well as a few teething snacks she grew to love. A big smile grew on my face as she babled "ready to go beautiful?" I kissed her chubby little cheek. Little did I know in about 30 seconds my whole life was change change.

I got her strapped in her stroller so we could walk to the park, and I grabbed my Mason jar with the coffee, and I walked to the door. As soon as I opened I saw Dustin and Steve about to knock, both out of breath and looking like they had seen a ghost. Maybe because they had.

"Wow you guys okay?  You look like you just saw a ghost" I said with a slight giggle.

"Y/n you're not gonna believe this, take a breath. We don't know how how, but he's here, said he got our through the watergate." I felt my heart race "w-who got out where through the Watergate?..." it couldn't be..

My eyes went wide and my breath caught in my throat. I dropped the coffee cup, glass shattering, and coffee going everywhere as I saw him. Eddie. My Eddie. How was this possible?

*Eddie's pov*

I saw the glass shatter, and my heart broke as I saw the baby girl in the stroller next to y/n. I slowly made my way over ." Y/n.. baby i- I don't know how I'm here. But I am. I woke up in that place a few hours ago. I went around trying to find my way out. I- I tried finding you at your parents house, but someone else lives there now. So I found Dustin, and he told me you lived here.."

Her eyes were glossy with tears, and I couldn't tell if she looked happy or sad, but I could tell she was shocked. "It all felt so quick. Like I closed my eyes for a minute and then I was all alone. I could breath fine, my wounds are healed.. I don't know what happened .. please say something .."

*y/ns pov*

I heard everything he was saying, and I heard his voice soften at the end of what he was saying. "I-.." I paused before just running Into his arms, hugging him with everything I had in me. Tears ran down My face as I felt his arms wrapped around me. "I - I thought I lost you for good." I sobbed softly.

I felt him kiss My head softly and say" I'm here baby.. I'm here now. And I promise I'm not going anywhere. " he rubbed my back. For him this must have been so weird, not knowing. "I uhm.. was just about to go to the park with Amelia, wait Amelia! Yeah we had a girl.." I said happily with tears streaming down my cheeks.

He teared up and looked over to the stroller" oh wow.. a baby girl.. I'm a dad.. and you're a mom.."

He said in a bit of disbelief.  "Henderson told me it's been a year and a half.. so she's already 9 months..." I nodded "she is. She's so big. Come on let's see her."

Amelia was sitting in her stroller clapping and babbling as Dustin made funny faces at her. "She loves dustin.." I said smiling softly. "Amelia, babygirl I have someone very very special for you to meet." I said taking her out of the stroller, picking her up.

I saw Eddie tear up at the sight of her and my heart felt so happy in the moment. "Oh wow.. she's beautiful. She looks just like you." He said through some tears.  He quickly wiped them away, and picked her up.

*Eddie's pov*

Wow. My daughter. Hard to believe just a few hours ago, I was just a regular  guy. And now I'm a dad. She was beautiful, just like y/n. " hi there... I'm your daddy.." I said bouncing her a bit "you are so beautiful." I said kissing her cheek softly. I chuckled softly as she squealed and grabbed a bit of my hair, pulling it in different directions. Y/n giggled softly and pulled her little hands away. "Careful babygirl. " y/n told her. This was My life now. A perfect t girlfriend.  A perfect daughter.  This is something I never imagined would be my life.

Pt 3, love of my life.

it was Steve's idea, to write a letter to Eddie and burn it. you thought it was cheesy but decided to give it a shot. the heavy weight your heart felt for him ached more and more every day which was causing unwanted stress. going  into the 8th month of your pregnancy began to become unbarable without him. all you wanted was to feel him holding you late at night, but he couldn't, and that alone was a crushing feeling. at first you thought it was a horrible idea, but when you were missing him extra one day, you finally found the right words.

" my dearest eddie, today marks almost 8 months since you left me. it still hasn't gotten any easier. everyone says it gets better, but when? i miss you like crazy. i still wear your ring, but its too big for my hand so i have it on a chain i swear around my neck. i wonder what our wedding would have been like. i wonder how you would have raised our beautiful baby girl, would you have played her music to help her sleep? everywhere i go, its like you're here with me. i see you everywhere around the house that would have been ours. i wake up to what would have been the side of your bed, and its like sometimes i envision youre laying next to me... your hair a big frizzy mess. i find myself doing that a lot, thinking youre here with me, that maybe, just maybe you'll come back to me. but you wont, and that's when i snap back into reality. you're gone. its still hard to say out loud. our baby is growing so fast. she has a strong heartbeat. i remember when i would lay my head  on your chest when we would be on the couch, or laying in bed. it was my favorite thing to listen to. that day when i held you, i felt your heart slowly give out, and a part of mine died with you that day. everyone here says ive changed, and the truth is i have. the y/n i was died when you did, now I'm just the shell of the girl i once was. the shell of a girl who lost the one person she truly loved. but i wanna change, that's why in writing this. i wanna change for our girl. i wanna be the best version of myself i can, for her. it scares my thinking about having to do this alone, but i know I'm not alone. i have the kids, and steve, nancy and robin to help. they go with me to every appointment. i know she is gonna be so loved by them, and that makes me happy. i decided on a name. remember when we talked about a family of our own one day? we wrote down names that we would want for our kids. i found that notebook when i moved your stuff in here. our house. just like we wanted. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. big backyard, with a small swimming pool. it wasn't easy, but i had help. my parents and your uncle helped me until i could get up on my feet. i moved your stuff here, part of my thinks youre gonna show up one day. our bedroom is perfect. we both have a nightstand, i have pictures of us together o your side. i know it all sounds stupid, but its comforting. i have a few of your shirts in the closet, they still smell like you. i always loved that smell, like cinnamon and weed. it makes it feel like youre still here. i open up our closet and that's the first thing i smell, it smells like home. like you. i picked our girls name, i decided on Amelia. shes gonna have your last name. i set up her nursery with the help of steve, dustin, and max. her little room is adorable. i have a light pink crib, and above it there is her name smelled out in wooden letters. there is little ducks on the wallpaper, as when i went through my first nesting phase i didnt know the gender yet. there is a fuzzy white rug right by her crib, and a rocking chair so i can feed her in there. i wish you could be here to see it, but alas, youre not. so i guess this is my final goodbye to you. steve said writing this and burning it would give me piece of mind, and i think hes right. so goodbye my love, i will love you forever, please watch over me and our baby. i love you."

and with that, you folded the paper in half, throwing it in the fireplace, watching as it slowly turned to ash.

It's okay to run sometimes

Love of my life (chapter 2)

Pt. 1

This one is just straight up sad angst. I have the first few chapters on my wattpad and will have most of them transfered here today!

It's been 3 days since Eddie's death, and everyone was hurting. With everything that happened in Hawkins, nobody was doing okay. Morning sickness had been horrible, and it was hard without him by your side to help you.

Dustin hadn't left your side since you went home. You were currently spilling out whatever you had eaten that morning, in the toilet.  Dustin held your hair back and rubbed your back "want some water or anything??" He asked." Yeah that would be great?" Your voice sounded hoarse from the endless crying over the last 3 days.

Dustin walked in with a glass of water and sat next to you. He had been so strong, it was all too much and he finally broke. Tears spilled from his eyes, running down his cheeks in a heavy stream.

"Why did he Have to go back? We had a plan!" He cried out in frustration. "This should he him here with you right now. Why didn't he just run?! " He asked through the tears. You hugged him and rested your head on his arm ." I don't know kid.. I don't know.." you cried softly.

The day of Eddie's memorial was the hardest yet. You had been in the same clothes, curled up in bed, or on the couch for about a week now. You brought yourself to shower and get ready. You wore a knee length black dress, and wore your hair up in a ponytail. Everyone he was close with agreed to hold it at skull rock, one of his favorite places to be. Everyone was told he was hurt during the earthquake, only the group of you knew what really happened.

Everyone sat and spoke of their favorite memories with Eddie, and you knew it was time to make the speech they asked you to prepare.

His uncle looked at you with a reassuring smile.

You stood up and cleared your throat ." Hi uhm.. hi everyone, and thank you all so much for coming. Eddie munson was.. he.. Eddie munson was a very special person to anyone who got to truly know him. He could light up a room with his smile. Everyone knew that. And I hope our child gets that from him, that smile, his ability to see the good in every situation.

Most people say, If you could have one more moment with the person you love, they would say everything they didn't have a chance to. But for me.. I would tell him.. it's okay to run away sometimes..it's okay to be afraid. You don't always have to be strong. Everyone has a breaking point. You don't always have to be the person everyone sees you as. Eddie was just a few weeks shy of being 21. Eddie would be a father, the best father, and it breaks my heart-" you sobbed and covered your mouth. " it breaks My heart that our child will never have a chance to meet their amazing father. They would have been absolutely spoiled. Eddie always talked about having a family, far away from Hawkins, and I wanted that for us. But life got in the way of that dream." His uncle hugged you tightly, and you sobbed softly into his shoulder.

'So Eddie.. baby if you can hear this, I love you. We all love you so so much." You excused yourself and quickly went out to your car and just let out all of the built up emotion. You looked down at the ring he gave you that day, and closed your eyes, thinking about what your lives would have been like with this baby.

* holding her for the first time*

Eddie had tears in his eyes as he held his perfect baby girl in his arms. "Oh my god she's so tiny." He chuckled through the tears. He placed a kiss on her head and rocked her "hi babygirl.. I'm your daddy. And that beautiful woman right there is your mommy. We love you so so much."

* coming home*

"Okay sweetheart, here we are. Home." He smiled over at you as you held your newborn daughter in your arms. "This is where you will grow up. Where you'll make messes, and probably break alot of stuff, but that's okay. " he picked her up and walked around the house with her. He walked to the kitchen. "This is where we will have our breakfast and dinner together, and where your mommy will burn most of it." He whispered ." Hey!" You giggled" I'm not that bad of a cook." You giggled. He chuckled and held her" that's what she's thinks." He whispered and held her.

He then walked to her nursery. "This is your room . This is where you will get to play with your toys, and where I will play guitar for you every night to get you to sleep." He smiled and walked around the room before walking to your shared bedroom. "This is a very very special room. This is the room where me and mommy will give you another sibling one day." He said cheekily" Eddie oh My god! " you laughed "what? She's a baby, she won't remember." He chuckled and held her. "This is also where you can come and sleep with mommy and daddy when you get bad dreams. We will have a spot right here for you in the middle, where we can protect you against everything."

*first words and steps*

"Come to daddy babygirl, come on you're so close." He said encouragingly at his year 4 month old daughter. She had learned to stand, but not yet walk. It was definitely a work in progress. He kissed her head "oh well, maybe next time baby" he said as she fell flat on her butt yet again, getting frustrated with herself. You walked in the door from work with a smile as you saw your two favorite people. "Hey babe, how was work?" He asked, walking over and kissing you softly. You kiss back and smiled, gasping when you saw your daughter.

She was up and slowly making her first steps to where Eddie stood. "D-daaada!" She squealed.  Eddie teared up and picked her up in his arms, kissing her cheek. "That's right sweetheart, it's daddy" he kissed her head and held her close.

"Eddie no no no no- baby please stay with me-" y/n cried as she held her dying boyfriend in her arms. "Why did you have to come back?" You cried. He coughed a bit and leaned Into your touch "I didn't run this time y/n.. I did the right thing. I didn't run.. I always run.. I'm so tired of running.." you cried and held him "you should have run Eddie. I can't lose you. N-not now.." you sobbed. "I need you. We need you." You managed to get out. He put on a very weak smile "w-we??" He managed to ask "yes we.. I wanted to tell you this under better circumstances but... Eddie I'm pregnant.  You're gonna be a dad. Which is why I need you to stay with me baby. Just alittle bit longer. Help is coming.' You cried and placed a kiss on his forhead.

He coughed a bit, blood slowly slipping from the corners of his lips. " I'm gonna be a dad?.." he asked weakly, tears in his eyes" yeah, you're gonna be a dad

" you cried out "so I need you to stay with me for just alittle bit longer.  I'm gonna get you out of here, and we're gonna get you fixed up. A-and we're gonna get our own place, so we can raise her together." You cried softly qnd rubbed his cheek gently. " her? No way, it's gonna be a boy" he chuckled very weakly before coughing.  "Y-y/n?" He asked "yes my love?" You answered." I-im so cold." You sobbed softly "no Eddie. You're not gonna leave me. Not now. You can't." You cried "stay with me."

"I love you ya know that right?" He said reaching up and brushing some hair out of his face." Yeah I know baby, I love you too. So much" he smiled the best he could "i-i wanna marry you someday. Here. " he slipped off one of his rings and places it in your hands "hold onto this. Because when I get better, I'm gonna get you a real ring. But this is just for now. Be mine forever y/n. Promise me." He said , softer and weaker with each work. "I promise eddie." You held him in your arms "I love you so much. " you said crying softly. " I see Dustin, and Steve. They're gonna help us get you out of- Eddie? Eddie!" You sobbed as you noticed his pale, blank expression. " Eddie baby! Please no!" You sobbed , pulling him closer to you.

Dustin and Steve paused in their tracks when they saw Eddie laying lifeless in your arms. The sight of you crying and screaming broke their hearts. But they knew it wasn't safe and they had to bring you back. They ran over,Steve trying to help you up" y/n we don't have much time, we need to go. Now" you sobbed "no I can't! I can't just leave him here!" You said in between sobs. Dustin teared up at the sight.

" y/n we need to go now." Dustin said grabbing your hand comfortingly" he's gone y/n.. we need to go." He said trying to keep himself from crying.

Everything moved in what seemed like slow motion as they pulled you back to the real world. You held the ring tightly in your hands, breathing heavily as you looked around his trailer.

*flashback*

" Eddie set me down!" You squealed as he picked you up, carrying you to his bed, laying you down and hovering over you" I love you y/n." That was the first time you heard those words come out of his mouth. "I love you too Eddie munson." You said pulling him in for a kiss.

*end of flashback*

You looked to the hallway leading to his room, tears streaming down your face." He was gonna be a dad.." Dustin and Steve looked shocked as they heard the words come out of your mouth." He would have been an amazing dad.. he always talked about having kids.. " Dustin hugged you. You hugged back, sobbing Into his arm." I-i can't do this alone. I can't do it without him Dustin. I'm scared.." you sobbed

Dustin tried his best to stay strong for you." Y/n you're not alone. He may be gone, but you have us. You can stay with me and my mom if you need, she loves you. She won't mind at all." He said, calming you.

You nodded a bit. Steve and you used to date before he dated Nancy, but after everything, it wasn't right. He was your best friend, and seeing you like this broke his heart.

"Come here." He said opening his arms. You went over and wrapped your arms around him, sobbing Into his chest "h-hes gone.. he's really gone .." you sobbed.

He was gone. He was really gone.
