I wanna reblog this here by saying that we're not calling this rape out of fucking nowhere. We did it based on what Modfuyu himself said about the situation. on the probably-not-niigo blog, modfuyu said this:

"we engaged in nsfw acts both on call and over text". phone sex. that is what modfuyu admitted to doing with a minor. even if modfuyu was not the one to physically touch the minor, modfuyu very much had sexual intercourse with them. I don't care if Modfuyu touched the minor, or just made the minor touch themselves whilst trying to get them off, this is still disgusting.

Also. Modfuyu is making excuses for himself. Bringing up the age of consent is an excuse. It doesn't fucking matter. Modfuyu also ends off his post addressing the situation with urging us all to ignore his past, and to look at the person he is now. At most, pup did this a year ago according to one or his friends — though we haven't heard dates from Modfuyu himself.

I want to reinstate that I wish the victim the best, and I am so so so so sorry that this has been publicized in such a way if you ever come across this post. You didn't deserve any of this, and it wasn't your fault in any way, shape, or form.

In saying this, we are all absolutely DISGUSTED at what he's done.

That is straight up pedophilia and rape. No matter if "it was legal there".

Guess what? That would be legal where I live and I'm, in fact, aware that it's still wrong to date and have sexual relations with a 16 year old while being in college.

Modfuyu. Your actions have directly and indirectly hurt so many of my friends. Get off the fucking internet. October was only 2 months ago. Stop talking as if its your "Dark past"

I'm not a minor, I'm an adult. An adult younger than you, but still an adult. I can still recognize that there's a huge maturity and mental gap between myself (an 18 year old in college) and a 16 year old, why can't you?.

Take accountability. Stop trying to justify it. We all know you're not sorry.
