Don't just throw out food. Give it to a friend, a dog (if it is something they can eat) or what I usually do: give it to a homeless person.

If you give it to a homeless person: THEY ARE ALSO PEOPLE, RESPECT THEM! TREAT THEM like humans, let them have dignity because it's a human right. Wrap the food in a bag or put it in a container. Smile at them.

Don't let your ed deprive you of life's great adventures. You girlfriends birthday terrifies you because there will be cake? Well then you go there and celebrate and you have cake (but no one will notice if you skip it, trust me). You can travel to a different country and try the local dishes? Do it.

You need to experience more of your life than calories. You need to study so you can understand how the world works. You need to go out alone so you get to know yourself. You should do all the things you wanted to do.

It'll never be easy. But you'll grow up, and I hope your suffering, your pain will make you empathetic, kind and caring. Make the world a better place.
