Ohai.
Whooo. New fitness blog.
Just started strength training last month and it's been...interesting. I'm following the New Rules of Lifting for Women.
I don't have a gym membership. I DO have a 7ft, 45 pound barbell with lots of plates. But I also don't have a rack or a bench. So I've hit a snag it seems since I kinda need that rack to continue on with my squats.
I also only have dumbbells in 3, 5, and 8 pounds. Annnd since I've already started combining those (so awkward), I'm hitting a snag there, too.
Being broke sucks. But eventually I'll have this all settled.

I dislike abs so much. Not aesthetically, but because they’ve become so glorified that they discredit how fit people who don’t have them are.
