two radiologists, two traumatologists and one surgeon said, "it's just badly bruised from the fall". three weeks of pain and feeling like i am a baby and making this up, and finally a CT scan confirmed the bone is indeed broken. i spent the past ten minutes just crying because i have been feeling so bad, thinking that my health anxiety is just making things up, and that i am a burden to my family and coworkers. the guilt has been eating me up. i spent three weeks in often agonising pain with an arm that's not even in a cast, wondering why can't i be normal about it. i even got yelled at by a doctor. gonna be fun to go back to him with CT scan results, cannot wait to hear how it still will somehow be my fault.
