TSP PSA: TO THE FANDOM

Hello everyone I think this is most likely my last post here. I’m still unsure.

To put it bluntly the fandom is going to shits.

People bullying creators to the point that they leave or to the point of being sick of it all and it seems the bully’s have no shame. I’ve only recently been made aware of how big of a problem this is but I’m putting my foot down now that I know.

FIRST Stop comparing narrators. It’s annoying as hell. People are trying there best doing what they love. Unless someone’s blatantly tracing someone else’s work i don’t wanna hear anything about a narrator looking to much like someone else’s.

SECONDLY I heard some creator MAY or may NOT have some weird thing going on with a minor? ((Once again I have no idea if it’s true or not! Because I don’t have the energy to dive into the drama and figure it out for my self)) so much so that Im not even sure of who the user may be I just know they are in the fandom and prevalent enough to talk about. point is I don’t EVER eveR even want to ACCIDENTALLY be connected to someone who’s been creepy with minors.

AND THEN If this does happen to be a case of “he said she said” I need the fandom to realize “small rumors” are never small and leave a big impact no matter what. So much so that people could get doxxed or hated by peers, friends, and so on. One small thing on the internet tends to snowball into a bigger one and I think all tsp fans need to think before they type and or make rumors.

I’m not going down on that road simply put. I don’t even want to be associated with the discords any more because I hear that’s where a lot of the problem is starting. Sincerely I’m not sure what to do.

I loved this fandom, this game, I liked that others enjoyed my creative space, but I sure as hell don’t enjoy this.

I need peoples thoughts and opinions if possible so I can also manage to process through this. I need to know do others think the way I’m thinking? Or am I totally weird for thinking all of this? I have no clue. Sincerely I have no clue.

Is it possible to next round not pin more popular creators Stanleys with less ones? I do feel a bit, while probably not intentional, that we all know who's gonna win this time... And smaller creators deserve some recognition instead of getting demolished by people of bigger following. It happened in so many brackets before and I see how it damages people's persecution of their work.

Just a thought, of course! Hope the contestants have fun watching this one though.

The main problem with the Stanley contest was that there was only 8 contestants. There wasn’t even enough to split “popular” and “less popular” I personally asked creators i liked the most and see as equal and a few came to me asking if they could join. To me all option on the chart seemed fair. Fairness in who’s/what is better is different to all perspectives./genuine)

secondly I also randomize these things heavily, I honestly prefer some of the “less popular” artists over the more popular. I always hope people would give the underdog a chance, I feel like artists should be judged by the quality of there art and or design and not the popularity of the creator themself.

I only include artists who are interested in joining. And they can always pull away if needed or wanted. I’ve never included any one without there permission.

Hello everyone. I have an announcement to make, i apologies for what I have done. I never realized what I did was upsetting people until two people commented about it.

I’ve decided to cancel the Stanley voting contest,

some seem to think it’s turning people on each other or making smaller creators feel lesser then because they aren’t getting the votes they deserve/an equal opponent.

I had always randomized these contests to the fullest and I never saw how one artist would be viewed higher over the other based on artists previous follower count.

I wanted to create some thing fun that everyone could participate in, including smaller creators no matter Follower count or how long they’ve been here. I apologize for my actions and think I will be taking a break from posting once more.

Bard sharks perspective: you enter the potion shop and see a horned fellow with red skin- a demon, a teifling with red skin, two up pointed horns with cracks going through them, he seemed nice enough though,

*he is humming a tune while polishing potion bottles before putting them on displays behind him, he doesn’t greet you at first but he acknowledges you with a small nod like hello and a smile

Persoectives of Aren the wizard and the window wizard: two wizards walk into a bar-… how did the punchline go again…? Oh well, as they walk in there are many villagers inside, it seemed the town was mostly filled with tiefling people with skin in shades of different reds, with the occasional grey one that stuck out like a sore thumb. all seeming to do there own thing, the bartender seemed human or elf like at the very least, dirty blond hair tucked into a cap, and there sleeved rolled as they passed out pints of ginger ale and apple juice. ((No alcohol in my game thank you very much ✨))

At one side of the bar was a group of tieflings chanting “CHUG CHUG CHUG!” As a gray tiefling woman in a purple hood chugged a few pints of ginger ale,

on the other side there was a tiefling with gray skin, rambling on about something happily to a short angry looking dwarf the grey tiefling had a crown on adorned with flowers and the short angry dwarf wasn’t speaking but replying in sign language

I have decided to give my beloved shrimp Narrator more things since my amazing script had been successfully given to him. Not for any purpose to disrupt the current D&D game, but simply because my mentally ill ass is telling me to. So, I send a gift basket :)

It contains snacks, a few of my favorite books, and a Nintendo DS as well as some games, hopefully to make the imprisonment less boring :>
